I booked this "hotel" for two nights through hotels.com. When I arrived, the outside of the building and the lobby looked fine. My room was not fine! The carpet was dirty and sticky. After taking a shower, my feet were black from walking on it. The room did not have a clock, an iron or coffee to go with the coffee pot. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but was not. My clothes reeked of a dirty/smoky smell after staying in the room. The worst was the infestation of German roaches! Saw one or two before going to bed but in the morning when the lights came on they were everywhere--in my clothes, the towels, and on the counters. I checked out after one night and if I had had somewhere else to go I wouldn't have stayed that one. When checking out I told the person at the desk why I was not staying and no apologies were offered.
