I stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past two months. Each time I had a very clean room with a very comfortable bed. The front dest staff are always very accommodating. It is only 10 miles to the Mayo Clinic and very easy to get to. Applebee's and Cracker Barrel are within walking distance. Breakfast is very good... More

For a mid-priced property rooms are quite small, furniture/TV outdated and old; rooms cleanliness an issue; beds old, cheap and sunken, rooms could use a face lift.

“Nasty attitude”

Hotel nice...management not. Opted not to honor the Roomsaver coupon, which was within her right, but lied that "all the other hotels here [around us] are booked up too". That didn't sound right, so I called around. The other hotels had plenty of rooms and were willing to accept the coupon. Lesson learned.
