This place was a disaster. Tucked back behind Blanding Blvd., the traffic around this hotel is a nightmare. And the front desk staff is even worse than the traffic. The manager himself is rude, obnoxious, and impatient. And the rooms are so old fashioned I felt like I was walking into 1995. more

My family stayed at this hotel last night for a one night stay to attend a function in Jacksonville. The hotel is convenient, well kept, great hospitality by all of the staff (the super even greeted us and asked if he could help us with anything), "homey" decor, great ammenities in the rooms (for families - fridge, microwave, etc) and... more

The Country Inn & Suites was where I spent a night recently when a tropical storm was forecasted for our area. I used gold points for a free room. This particular hotel is located in a very convenient location adjacent to I-295, with multiple restaurants, gas stations, and shopping nearby for those of you who like to spend. The hotel... more

We stayed here only one night but were impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us out. Breakfast was plentiful and was held in a relaxing atmosphere. Will go there again. more

You could not pick a better 'off-the-road' hotel. This particular Country Inn was an award winning franchise and, although we are the cynical types, we could not have agreed more. A very attractive lobby, exceptionally clean grounds and room, great service, plenty of snacks and a great breakfast that goes beyond continental. You can also take advantage of the book... more

The service at this hotel is like a real Inn. Very friendly, professional and homey. The price was right = free because I used goldpoints on a Jacuzzi suite. The were just phenomenal about it too. Thanks so much. What a great way to end our winter vacation. more

We stayed in the "jacuzzi suite" on new year's eve. Room and grounds were neat and clean. Smoke detector went off mysteriously, then the manager tripped the circuit breaker in a shower of sparks while fixing the smoke detector. No apology or rate discount was offered after all of that. This chain does have one of the nicer "continental breakfast... more

We found the Country Inn & Suites very clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities that were necessary for a relaxing stay. The personnel were courteous and helpful. We plan to stay there again whenever we get back to Jacksonville. more
