This was just a one night stop on our way back home from Florida with our 4 kids. Had us and the kids not been so exhausted we would have left and kept driving. The price is what attracted us because since there were 6 of us we had to get two rooms. Our better more safe option was to... More

Rather interesting experience at this motel. Pro's: Helpful desk clerk, tidy rooms, no smells or odours, sheets ok, bathroom fine. Downside was the people hanging round the place. There was a prostitute swarming around the property around 11pm as well as someone trying to sell drugs. So stay here at your own risk, and stay inside late.

I stopped here on my way to fort lauderdale. The price was cheap, there were plenty of places to eat in the area. The room was small and not in the best of shape. The people were friendly.Stopping here was good just to get a nights sleep and then move on.

I've stayed at this location before, before I became active on TripAdvisor. It was certainly not the best accomodations I've ever had, but for the value, it wasn't that bad. This time around, I'm questioning if new owners have it or what the deal is. Everything just has a worn out look. The parking lot isn't very clean, the walkways... More

I dreaded it. Typically, I do not book less then at least 2.5 star properties. Too many surprises and I like my coffeemaker. But this trip was to be done on the cheap, so I took a risk. In this case, the value delivered in a nice clean room and a huge handicapped bathroom that offered a tub with a... More

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Sleep in your car! Place is so dirty it's not worth it!!! The smell will drive you out alone!!! I would do anything possible to avoid this place!!!!! Floors have stains, blankets have burns and holes. I smell just from walking in the room!!

FYI, I recently was turned away from Motel 6 Jacksonville Southeast (Which I have had for weeks a 2 day reservation for ) because my 2 labs were over 40 pounds. The young man at the desk was very nice and helped me secure alternative lodging BUT his manager/owner was not honoring Motel 6's tradition of welcoming well behaved dogs.... More

First of all the pleasant staff gave us room 245, the floor was undoubtedly failing - we were convinced that at any moment various areas were going to give way. All the rooms are single storey. Outside staff were pressure washing the walkways and there was lots of paint being used. So they are trying. Reception then gave us room... More

I have to really emphasize the helpfulness of the evening staff. I think they are aware of the shortcomings of this motel and are making an effort to make your stay as nice as possible. That said, I found dirt on the bedroom walls and doors but the bathroom was clean. The bed cover looked dirty but the sheets underneath... More
