My stay recently at this Red Roof was extremely nice. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very attentive. more

First things first. If you're travelling with an animal, it's difficult to find an acceptable place to stay that isn't a dump. If you're a frequent traveler with an animal, you probably know from Red Roof Inns, (along with La Quinta and, (gasp!) Motel 6.) This location was clean, (I didn't see any of the problems that the other posters... more

I would like to say the room was not bad, but there were major problems for instance roaches, and bedbugs. I did report this to the front desk and she stated that she would make management aware of the problem but I would not stay at this hotel ever again. Unsatisfied more

We called from the road while traveling with a dog. The reservation process went smooth. The room was filthy. Spots on the walls, hair in bathroom and waste baskets, spots on the towels. It looked like it had never been cleaned! more

Found BUGS (fleas and I had bites from bed bugs) in my bed and yellow bug egg sacks on the mattress pad. There was sand and crayons under the bed from previous occupants. Manager was rude and I had to fight for a refund. He made me feel like I was crazy for even ASKING for a refund. He acted... more

First off, although I did contact the property directly to make my RSVP (and they were very helpful and friendly), it turns out that, because I had a special rate discount code, I had to call their 800 number to make the RSVP (I didn't see this option on how I booked my stay). Anyway, it was a one night... more

Ever since I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Ogden, UT (now a Motel 6) several years ago with its new Redesigned & Rededicated renovation, I was hooked on the Red Roof chain for when I needed an inexpensive place to stay. Not a whole lot more money than a Motel 6, but usually a lot better in quality.... more

We were looking for a cheap, clean, safe, dog-friendly, close to I-95 hotel on our Thanksgiving trip from Virginia to southern Florida. This hotel nailed all of the above. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, on the phone and in person. The room was recently renovated (Red Roof is in the process of "Redesigning and Rededicating" all of their hotels) so... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night after a long flight before we were to drive to South Carolina the next day. We booked the reservation from California and you'd have to be about that far away to decide to stay here. The only positive thing I can say about our stay there was that the staff was friendly.... more
