I've stayed at this motel about 7 times over the last 3 years due to a medical condition that requires immediate proximity to Mayo Clinic. If I had a choice I would never stay at this place. Over my life I have stayed at fleabag motels and luxurious hotels but only once have I stayed at a place where the... More

We are very sorry that you were so unhappy with the beds. All of the beds in the hotel have been replaced within the past 2 years, with some as new as the last month. We have some people that love them and want to know where we purchase them. Other people may feel that they are too soft and... More

Hotel is nice. But not what I would pick for a family vacation or even a business trip. Hotel is certainly good if you reason to be at the Mayo Clinic. No pool small exercise room. Good breakfast and staff

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay, our team and the breakfast. On the weekends, about 40% of our guests are leisure travelers. Many enjoy using our hotel because we are the only all suite hotel in the area and less than 4 miles from the beach. No matter what you are travelling for, many guests enjoy the... More

We had occasion to stay at the Inn at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville FL as I had a medical issue that needed answers. If you've been to the Mayo before, you know it isn't as simple as one appointment, it can be many over many days. We had booked for two nights and needed to stay another night since... More

I stayed here twice because a family member was having surgery at the adjacent Mayo Clinic. You cannot beat this hotel's location. That said, I tried 2 rooms because I thought they couldn't have gotten it this wrong. They did, The hvac closet is always next to the bed - VERY NOISY. And the beds! When was the last time... More

We apologize for your negative bed experience. All of the hotel mattresses have been replaced within the last two years. We wish there was a way to make the mattresses fit the likes of every guest. We often get people that love the mattresses so much that they want to find out the brand to purchase it for the home.... More

This hotel was very clean, staff friendly, Rick at the front desk was exceptional. The location was great if you are going to Mayo, a walkway connects you to the hospital. Beds were SUPER plush and comfy. It reminded me of a Residence Inn; kitchen, couches, chairs, etc. I would highly recommend. The only reason it did not get 5... More

My husband and I have stayed at the Inn several times when I have had medical issues that needed Mayo's outstanding service. The Inn is very comfortable, the staff is incredibly pleasant, the breakfasts are good (when I could eat it!), and the location could not be any better. We've been here in cold and wet weather and it was... More

We are frequent flyers at Mayo, unfortunately. Having a hotel directly connected to both Canaday and Davis buildings makes things so much easier. Wheelchair-bound folk can easily move back and forth from room to appointments, etc. We've always stayed in 2-room suites, usually with roll-in shower, etc. Never had any issue with room, accommodations, or staff. In fact, we've always... More

I don't want to sound like it is terrible, but it is not at all as it should be. First 6 - 8 weeks before our arrival we made reservations, adjoining rooms weren't available and I was going to care for the person I was with so I asked and confirmed a minimum of 6 times that my room was... More

Thank you for being willing to stay with us again after a dissapointing stay. I am very sorry for the housekeeping situation. I am glad that there was one person that provided great service, but that should be the norm, not the exception. We are following up with our team to ensure no other guest has this same experience.
