This is a very nice facility. Convenient to the Jacksonville airport, Jacksonville and I-95. Our room was immaculate and the hotel staff helpful and courteous. The only improvement that I can see would be the breakfast fare which wasn't bad, but not nearly to the level of the rest of the operation.

Can't say enough good things about this Residence Inn. Pleasant staff, great breakfast, great amenities, 24/7 shuttle to the airport, and free parking for a week. I will stay there anytime that I'm traveling. Give it a try.

Wonderful stay! Yummy breakfast, comfy beds and pillows, and helpful staff. Good location to the airport and they allow you to park your car there for free for 7 days, after 7 days its $5.00 a day. Pets are allowed as well! We stayed in the handicapped room. Had a great roll in shower as well!

On the positive side first, the hotel is located in a row of hotels very close to JAX airport. There are restaurants nearby including a Ruby Tuesday and a Longhorn right next door. The hotel rooms were spacious. The staff was great and there was a free shuttle from the airport. Cruise shuttles were cheap and you could select your departure times. Close to restaurants so you don't need a car. Free parking if you do have a car.
