The experience was bad, bathroom was dirty with leaky faucets, toilet did not flush, beds and pillows were uncomfortably hard, I'd have slept better on the floor and the whole place smelled like smoke. Complete waste of $90, I will never stay there again. Ever.

I'm 67 years old and have traveled in all but two states. During my travels this pig style rates number two for the dirtiest, smelliest hotels I've stayed in. When I asked for my money back after seeing the room they told me it was a guaranteed room and refused a refund. This was booked through booking.com and there info... More

Jacksonville was mazing until i checked into this hotel, First I should start with the horrible customer service. The young lady at the front seemed as if she didn't care that we were standing there waiting to check in. She looked at us and continued to do what she was doing and made us wait 5 mins for her. We... More

We travel a lot and we stayed in many hotels but this is by far the worst one. Don't stay here regardless how cheap it is. We booked two rooms, hard to tell which one is worse. So stinky you can't sleep. There were even blood stains on the wall. Everything very dirty. Some strange people under influence in the... More

You are drowned in the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter the building. Our first room smelled as if a cat had sprayed the entire room. Our friends first room hadn't had clean sheets put on the bed from the last guest. The hall smelled of skunky marijuana. Our second room didn't smell as bad. But the... More

On 7/2015 my daughters and I spent the night there. Upon arrival the outside is much better than the inside. In the front lobby behind the desk where the young lady checked us in there were big dead roaches on the floor. We had to be moved to 3 different rooms before we were somewhat satisfied. Had it not been... More

We stayed because they had a special rate, but I wouldn't return. The room was small and dirty. They didn't give us towels and I had to ask for them. There was a dead roach under the bed. The housekeeper wouldn't change the sheets unless we removed everything (my child's stuffed animals!) off the bed first. The breakfast was awful.... More

First let me say I travel a lot for my business. The customer service was non existent. The rooms are filthy, the carpet looks like it needed to be shampooed five years ago. The beds were disgusting and worn out. I was scared to walk on the floor without shoes. I had to go buy my own personal linens. The... More

We only picked this hotel because it was Memorial Day weekend and everywhere was sold out and we had no where else to go. We paid for a week and the lady at the front desk who is really nice told us that if we pay for a whole week we have to stay for the whole week because there... More

first night we noticed problems with toilet and in the morning we let the front desk know. The answer was that there was no one on site at the time to look at the problem. They offered us a plunger which then could not be found. Later that night asked again and still no help or no plunger or a... More
