This 25 roomers B&B is really charming. What I like most is the freedom and space. Parking right in front of our room make luggages easy to move. Room and bathroom are clean. We spent one night here. Awesome. Family owned and operated. Our room had an extra sink in the kitchen area and refrigerator. The breakfast room is available 24/7 for guests. This hotel on the main road on Hyde Park NY was a great find! Very conveniently located to main attractions. The rooms were a fair size and very nicely appointed. Everything appeared to be new and the room was exceptionally clean! Continental breakfast was included in the coffee shop. I would definitely go back or recommend to anyone.

I had an older style room. Stayed for 3 nights. It was kind of fun having the 50's (maybe even the 40's) motif. The room was comfortable. The diner they have is nice, and they have a nice breakfast. The people at the desk were very nice and very helpful. I would stay here again.
