Have been staying here yearly for about 6 years. I would not want to stay anywhere else! The rooms are clean, comfy and have adequate space. Employees are friendly and helpful. Location is great, price is reasonable and they have a complimentary breakfast.

This hotel had 3 things going for it. 1. Location is perfect!!! 2. The price for the room was inexpensive 3. Pet Friendly & no pet fee. (#1 Reason we had to stay here) Here's the bad....Rooms are very dated. Not a huge deal, I wasn't expecting the Hilton. BUT I didn't expect the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept... More

We needed a hotel that takes dogs and my first choices were full. In the end I am glad that we found Americas Best Value Inn as the location is perfect for touring the battlefields and so close to the Visitors Center. The room was clean and quiet. The people next to us had dogs as well and were very... More

Nothing bad that my wife and I could say about the hotel. Room was clean and staff was top notch and the price was very affordable. The only bad thing was A few loud people about 2 am but it didnt last long and back to sleep. Will come back again.

We stayed here two nights while at Gettysburg. The room was good sized and very clean. The only thing that we didn't like was the exit from the inn. You had too be very careful going out because your vehicle would bottom out.

After reading other recent reviews I decided to write a review to applaud America's Best Value inns customer service. My husband and I always stay here or at their sister property the Quality inn depending on if we bring our dog or not. We go to Gettysburg several times a year and they are always fantastic. On our most recent... More

In the heart of Gettysburg we found this fabulously priced hotel, with excellent amenities.Sure it wasn't the most beautiful room I've stayed in, but the beds were as comfortable as you can get, the room was extremely clean, great breakfast with fresh fruit and some hot items with a friendly host. On top of everything else we were delighted that... More

Our room had a front and back door and in the back you pull under the building which was nice because it was rainy. The room was clean but dated. The TV was an old tube type. The bathroom door did not latch. The room was quiet. Breakfast was standard fare but staff occupied the table in front of the... More

Thanks for the review. We think we are perfect for the traveler who doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on their hotel and would rather use that money seeing and doing things while they're in town. We can promise that we are clean, friendly, and conveniently located! More

When traveling to Gettysburg, I almost always stay here. My last visit wasn't quite as relaxing as previous visits, as the guests in the adjacent room were partying until about 4 a.m. I did call the front desk and they did ask the guests to quiet down, which they did for about 15 minutes until the noise escalated again. Thankfully,... More

Thank you for your continued loyalty! I do apologize for the noisy guests. We do the best we can to make everyone's experience a pleasant one, but sometimes it's out of our control, as I'm sure you can understand. We are not the newest or fanciest hotel in town, but we are clean, affordable, conveniently located and our staff works... More

Stay away from this hotel unless you like to party all night. There are a row of rooms in the back that have been filled for a least a year and are dedicated to foreign students. My girlfriend and I checked into this hotel on a Tuesday night while traveling from North Carolina to N.E.Pa. Returning to the room after... More

We do host foreign students while they work at Ski Liberty, but only during the winter months and not for the entire year as you mentioned. The students have all departed by... More
