We were looking for a place to stay outside Gettysburg that would be family friendly. I went on their website but after much confusion of the different cabins & prices I spoke with the staff via email. The website would now work well regardless of device or browser (images of cabins/cottages/lofts, virtual tours, referencing the rate sheet). Please keep in... More

I've been to this campground many times, mostly renting a cottage. In the peak season they have fun activities for the kids and is nice and quiet! Good deal if you are looking to stay for a few days. We enjoy it every time we go!

My Wife and I stay at Drummer Boy Campground quite a bit. We love staying there because the staff is great and polite. It is quiet in the evenings and during the day there is a lot of activities. It's not far from home and its a time to get away and enjoy our weekend

We utilized one of the cabins. Cabin and site were well maintained and clean. Table and fire pit were provided and clean. There was also a charcoal type grill available. We didn't tent but tent sites had plenty of grass around. We enjoyed all our neighbors and the kids made some friends. Mini golf site is not well maintained -... More

My husband and I went on our anniversary and we loved the campground. We have a 20 ft travel trailer . We don't use our bathroom in the trailer since it is so small so we use the bathhouse. The bathhouses were very clean and shower areas were big. The park has 2 pools which are very nice. The staff... More

After Drummer Boy was highly recommended to us by close friends, we booked a three-night stay there in one of the cottages. There are many different categories of accommodations (from a camp site up to a large cottage with multiple bedrooms). We opted for the 'Business Class Cottage', as it was just the two of us but we wanted a... More

Drummerboy advertises Big Rig Friendly. If you have a motor home over 28 to 30 ft long, you will not be able to level up in this park unless you get one of about 6 spaces. Trailers and fifth wheels have no problem. Do not go in this park with a motor coach over 38 ft long, you will be... More

My family and I stayed at a tent site, we enjoyed it very much. The only thing was the tent site was a little small, but besides that it was awesome. They have different activities for the kids which my grandchildren loved.Very clean bathroom and laundry facilities. We plan on returning many times.

We spent a few nights at Drummer Boy during a visit to Gettysburg. The bathroom facility where clean and plentiful. We were bummed with the extra price to use the slide, would like to have known about that in advance.

We stayed here for only 2 nights. Very nice. The entire campground is huge. We stayed in #29. Nice spot but lots of traffic noise from the highway. Didn't hear it from inside the camper. Only if sitting outside. I am thinking that it would be less towards the back of the campground. THE SLIDE IS AN EXTRA COST. $10... More
