Booked a King suite with a double pull out for the boys last weekend. Lobby is under major rehab and there was dust, paint odors and workmen abound. We checked in and went straight to the room which is huge. This suite could fit two queen size sofa beds with lots of room to spare, but the place was empty.... More

Cheryl, I would like to apologize for the experience that you had upon arrival at our hotel. I can assure you that this is not the type of service we strive to provide. I am truly sorry for the inconveniences due to our current upgrades. We understand the expectations of our guests to deliver on all amenities as advertised, and... More

I would like to say flat out that the overnight front desk attendant, Alexandra, I think, was the reason my stay was smooth and happy. Noone knew that the hotel was under construction, and Alexandra explained the situation with a gentle personality and accommodating service. Throughout the nights, patrons in town for the wedding were somewhat less than calm (as... More

I went to Gettysburg College and as a result (from having family visit throughout my 4 years) I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to hotels in Gettysburg. I recently stayed here with friends for a reunion of sorts and can say that when it comes to lodgings in Gburg, this is a great option. While not walking distance to the... More

Great place to stay when visiting Gettyburg it is out of town but not far. The Hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We normally stay A B&B when visiting Gettysburg till we found this gem after visiting the sites and spending the day in the heart of Gettyburg it is so nice to break away... More

Hi we stayed for one night recently. Pros: great location to tour Gettysburg less than 10 minute drive away When the remodel is over, I am sure it will be great to stay here- it's newer Courtyard - a high rise compared to the old Courtyards. Would stay again after the upgrade for convenience to Gettysburg cons: large school groups... More

Sereta kept the bar open for our tour group so that we could unwind after we got the 8th graders to bed. Our hostess was a warm oasis on a cold snowy night. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. What a welcome after a 13 hour day chaperoning kids. Great memories and excellent service.

Enjoyed my stay. Thank you to Sereta the bartender for staying late and keeping the drinks full on our snowy night. We need time away from the kids and just hang out. Nice rooms. The kids had fun in the pool.

Here I am again planned another weekend frenzy trip and really, no matter how well you plan you should always have a backup so that if emergencies arise you are prepared. Whether it was because I hadn't eaten anything or the heat from the car and sun beating on windshield it threw a monkey wrench into my plans. So my... More

This property is set back out of way and very quiet. It is just a couple of minutes from the down town and the all the attractions. Hotel is very classy and a little pricey but for our first time staying at a Marriott is was well worth it. The room was very modern with a separate sitting area for... More
