This was my first experience staying at a haunted hotel or bed and breakfast. The Tillie Pierce house was a unique experience. We didn't have any ghost sightings. But the house was historic and that was interesting. We had the suite with a king size bed, our own dining area, and separate entry door. The bed slept good but the... More

Prior to arriving at Tilliie Pierce we had read some critical reviews and so were not 100% sure what awaited us. Our party consisted of 2 couples and we both throughly enjoyed our stay. The 2 rooms were quaintly decorated and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Though it was a very warm and humid night, the rooms were cool... More

We spent 3 nights here and were disappointed with our overall stay. Even our mattress was antique. The room and public areas were clean. We did not have a comfortable chair and our suitcases were on the floor and we squeezed around them to walk. We only saw the manager at checkin and were given only one set of keys.... More

My friend stayed one night and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are all decorated with vintage or vintage looking furniture. The inn and house keeper were friendly and aside from suggesting activities shared some of the house's history. While the housekeeper did not live on site, she lived nearby and gave us a number we could reach her at.... More

The building dates to pre civil war and is located on a great block. Spent one night here and had some problems. There was no TV and you cannot control the a/c. At night it was uncomfortable and there is no one on site to complain to. The room had a musty odor to it. Bed we not comfortable and... More

My best friend and I booked a night stay here for a quick getaway. The innkeeper and housekeeper were incredible! They were so helpful and informative about where to visit and gave great suggestions for places to eat! They were always available and more than happy to talk with us. We stayed in the Salome Myers room. It was great!... More

My husband and I spent one night in the Tillie Pierce House Inn as part of a very short stay in Gettysburg. We loved the location, as it was in walking distance to several museums and attractions (Jenny Wade House, Hall of Presidents, Gettysburg National Cemetery), as well as shopping and dining. It was also a short drive to the... More

There were many excellent aspects to the historic Tillie Pierce B&B, but unfortunately some negative things as well. This Inn could easily earn an excellent rating with some more attention to details. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our visit here, but it could have been even better. First the positive- This is a historic building, c.1829, that witnessed... More

The Inn was wonderful, very accomadating. Staff was great. I only wish I could have stayed longer. It was centered in the middle of the town so everything was accesible. Sure wish I had seen a ghost maybe next time. Thanks to all.

I stayed here with my husband and son in a suite on the first floor. This room overlooks the pretty gardens in the back. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable for the three of us. It even has its own little dining room with a fridge. The town of Gettysburg was a wonderful surprise for me and staying here... More
