This is a lovely little campground. We stayed here in a motorhome for 3 days with Passport America discount for $29 a day. Free tickets for three attractions in Gettysburg were included with our stay. We rode our bikes 3 miles into Gettysburg, you can either ride down straight down Taneytown rd. Or wind through the National Park. We chose... More

Nice camp ground. Grounds could have been maintained a little better. Grass needed cut. Also pool closed at 8pm on a Saturday evening. You would think on a Saturday night in August at least til 9. Very close to battle grounds.

We stayed at this campground in July for Gettysburg Bike Week and we found this place to be very nice and the staff was spot on. Nice campground to take an evening walk down to watch horses. All of campers were very friendly aswell. If there is a "con" it would be that some of the camp site are bunched... More

We camped in the 400 section in a 30 ft TT. We had a pull through site with full hookups. The campground is also good for tents, big rigs, and horse campers. Interior roads are gravel, not too dusty, one lane in some parts. We did not investigate restrooms, pool, or other amenities while there. We enjoyed the ample space... More

Our Boy Scout troop stayed here during our time visiting Gettysburg this summer. This is well laid out and well kept campground that has open spaces for tents, cabins, and RV sites. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the campground "in order" and respectful. Bathrooms/shower houses were nice for a campground. Additionally, on some nights there were family... More

Super close to the battlefield and visitors center, yet within easy drive to downtown Gettysburg (for tours, museums or dining) or Wal-Mart (for those forgotten supplies). Horse lovers paradise! Friendly service at both the well-stocked camp store and the riding stables. Very clean comfort stations. Lots of shaded sites. Cool cabins that look like a western town, i.e. jail, saloon,... More

We stayed at a tent site on 7/3. The sites are sloped & on clay which means that rain runs instead of soaks into the ground. It was short of a storm, though, so we didn't experience the worst of it. There are sites with water & electricity, but we were on a primitive site with just a firepit &... More

We tent camped at Artillery Ridge and had a great time. The tent sites are a little tough - most are on a slope and we had severe rain for about 16 hours this past weekend. The back sites are nice if there are not a lot of campers. You can interact with the horses boarders. Site #15 is great... More

This spot is in a great location and has some cool features that my kids enjoyed, but the campsite itself was lacking. There were very small campsites that are not well marked or well kept, the fire rings were moved around so there were 2 on one site and none on another, and there were lots of permanent residents. The... More

We absolutely love Artillery Ridge Campground. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Campground is very clean and we love spending time here. The campground so close to all the Gettysburg attractions. What a great way to spend my Mother's Day weekend.
