This was my first experience with a bed and breakfast. My wife and I were on a trip and decided to drive up to Gettysburg from D.C. and came across an ad for The Gaslight Inn Bed & Breakfast so we decided to give it a try. The rates were reasonable and the location was excellent. Our room was very... More

We swore off B&Bs after staying in so many that were dirty, dusty and cluttered with grandma's junk...why are all B&Bs like this? My kids were not happy when the only place to stay in Gettysburg during graduation week-end was at a B&B...but, we had no other option. We were all so surprised! The Gaslight was so clean, no junk,... More

Our visit to Gettysburg was made even more enjoyable by a stay at the Gaslight Inn. Becky, the innkeeper, was very cordial and informative about the area. She recommended sites to see and places to dine. Our room (The Sweet William) was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Had the weather been warmer, we would have... More

My husband and I stayed here for our second anniversary. Elizabeth was very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. I mentioned to my husband that we needed to call to make reservations for dinner and she quickly offed to call for us while we got settled. We stayed in the Lily room on the third floir. The room was... More

This was an excellent location for wandering the streets of Gettysburg. I have visited Gettysburg numerous times. This, however, was the first time I stayed in the town. I found the people and the Bed & Breakfast inviting, enjoyable and restful. Mike, Becky and Elizabeth did a wonderful job in making me feel welcome. I had the room on the... More

Love, love, love this bed and breakfast ! Wonderful location, great room ( the Aster room),loved the personalized service with dinner reservations and guide for the Gettysburg battlefield. Highly recommend the "essential Gettysburg" package . Great breakfast! Wish we could have stayed longer! This was a birthday present for my husband - thanks for making it a great experience!

We loved the Gaslight Inn. Our room was beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious and very fancy, and the hospitality was wonderful. Would stay again if we are in the area and will recommend to anyone who asks.

First let me start by saying that if you have never visited Gettysburg, Pa, you do not know what you are missing! A lovely Town surrounded by History, wonderful little shops and some great places to eat and the only place to stay is The Gaslight Inn. We are not new visitors to this wonderful Inn, in fact, have stayed... More

This was our first visit to Gettysburg in nearly 20 years, and our first stay at the Gaslight. To put it simply, it was spectacular! We were in a third floor room (Sweet William) which opens to a balcony deck, perfect for relaxing with a glass of local vineyard wine after a day of exploring the battlefield. The room and... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Gaslight Inn for our anniversary. Our room was located on the second floor (The Heather Room). It was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The back of the inn had a balcony that was beautiful, we sat and enjoyed a glass of wine each night. Becky was very informative when we asked questions about... More
