My wife and I stayed and enjoyed the comfort of the room and the amazing breakfast in the morning. If you want modern things like a microwave or TV then this is not for you. If you want a comfortable bed and just a place to rest for the night you will enjoy this after a day of touring. A... More

Gettystown Inn/Dobbin House is the whole package. We stayed in the overlook suite on the second floor across from where the gettysburg address was given. The unit was beautiful and very comfortable for two couples (bed in different rooms). The breakfast was DELICIOUS - the perfect start to a day of exploring. We even spoke with the housekeeper who was... More

We stayed in the Overlook I Suite and thought it was just o.k. The sofabed was old and dirty and barely functional (woke up with a very sore back), although the rest of the accommodations were reasonable. The food in the Dobbin House Dining Room was below par -- I had the "Avocado Louie" and it was barely edible (bland,... More

We have been staying here for the July reenactment weekend for at least 12 years. We absolutely love it !!. Everyone that works here is so incredibly nice. Jennie and Bonnie are super-friendly, and they will work with you if you require something special for breakfast or have a request that is out of the normal. The breakfast is great... More

We stayed in the Steinwehr room and it was our first time at this particular B&B. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well as considerate (our room was at a comfortable temperature when we entered, which was greatly appreciated). The room was slightly smaller than I had anticipated, but the decor was so charming that I didn't mind. The... More

This was our first visit to Gettysburg and we were so pleased with The Gettysburg Inn and the Dobbin House. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Reynolds room which is located upstairs in the front of the house. It was beautifully decorated, bright, and welcoming. We felt right at home, enjoying coffee in the... More

we stayed in the aunt Holly room last month. this was our first time staying at the gettystown inn and we will be going back next time. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. You have your own entrance and it is two floors with an AC on each floor. No ghostly activity but they do have a... More

We come to Gettysburg often and always stay at a B&B. This year we tried the Gettystown Inn and this was by far the best B&B we stayed in yet! The staff was so polite, the Steinweher room was beautiful, clean and bright. They even let us check in early plus we had our own reserved parking spot!! Looking forward... More

My husband and I enjoy bed and breakfast inns, especially in historic places, but this inn was AWFUL. It was dirty and dusty with far too many dust-covered plastic plants and flowers and everything about the fixtures and amenities said "cheap" from the toilet paper to the linoleum on the floor and the make-shift refrigerator in the bathroom. The wallpaper... More

we've stayed here many times and love it. we stay in the Lincoln Suite which is the whole first floor (bedroom/living room), sitting room (day bed), a complete kitchen and bathroom. the bedroom has a canopy bed. the complimentary full breakfast is excellent. we love Gettysburg and the Lincoln Suite and can't wait to go back.
