We stayed here two years in a row (and ended up in the same room coincidentally). Not too far from downtown and battlefield. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast - same as any Hampton. Location is very good. i would ask for a room towards the back of the hotel as parking is there and you won't hear the traffic so much. We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn In Gettysburg for the 3rd time. We stayed in one of their two rooms suites. They are great. Very spacious and very cozy... Another great experience. We checked in midday and were immediately offered warm chocolate chip cookies. A hit with my kids! Our room was directly across the hall from the guest laundry, which made washing our clothes much more convenient. The pool was fine and breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. more
