Stuck in NJ during Feb. 8 & 9 snow storm. Complete staff was professional and helpful. They made us feel at home. People stayed all night to ensure an operating hotel the next morning. Crew shoveling snow, including the General Manager, cleaned off all the guest cars. Thank you, Rick & Phyllis
