Great Location I was close to everything, like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. "Really Cool" bar and restaurant downstairs. The location is wonderful, and that's what you pay for. The service is non existent, and if you don't want to be bothered or bother anybody it's perfect. I found it to be absolutely horrid.
