used buyreservations.com for a park, sleep, fly package. Worked out great. The hotel staff was pleasant, our room was comfortable and clean. Had to leave at 3:30am for the airport. Used the shuttle without problem. It took less than 10 min to get to the gate. Left our car in the lot for 9 days. No problem there. Returned the... more

Worst service ever!! Don't stay in the over priced hotel with the worst service I have ever encountered. They were responsible for the damage of some of my clothing items, no one even offered to replace, send me a card, nothing. I had to buy new. more

I was immediately drawn to this hotel by the 10-day (I think) parking for airport travelers (especially with the gated parking lot!). We stayed there the night before the flight. Got up at 4:30 AM to hit the airport for an early morning flight. The service at this hotel is unmatched. However. the rooms were somewhat noisy. You could hear... more

I stayed just one night here, but it was certainly a pleasant stay. I loved the little extras that I normally don't get other places; the nightly pretzel, chocolates on the pillow, and the Philadelphia Mike's soda. The only reason I didn't get this hotel the full five stars is the room I was in was a bit dated (old... more

Stayed one night prior to starting a business trip. I'd stayed at another Renaissance property in Dallas in May so I pretty much knew what to expect &, for the most part, the property didn't disappoint. Beds are wonderfully comfy. I actually had a mini-fridge in my room, though it would have helped if someone had actually plugged it in.... more

Despite the remote location my wife and I thought this hotel was very nice. Specifically the room was excellent and the bed quite comfortable. The door key did not work and it took 15 minutes to get that resolved. I find it hard to believe that the staff did not know about this key pass malfunction for this specific room.... more

I had clients booked at this hotel. Upon arrival last night, the clerk had no reservation. They called me and I referenced the confirmation numbers to the call center. The call center indicated the HOTEL cancelled the reservations on April 29. No reason for the cancellation was stated. One client complained of poor A/C in his room and they both... more

The hotel is a little hard to find, we drove right by the road you needed to turn onto. The hotel is older and has been refurbished many times. The room was nicely decorated and we got a small bottle of sparkling wine at check in. We did have a problem with our toilet clogging and since it was 11:00PM... more
