The hotel is next to the river and highway 1-95. I was on a high floor and could still hear all the traffic noise. You can hear every door open and close, every voice in the hall. Stayed for the weekend at the Hyatt at Penn's Landing. Very nice hotel and love the location. Area looks like the South St Seaport in NYC. Lots to see and do. Hotel was very nice and staff was very helpful and accomodating. Would definitely return. more

We stayed on the 8th floor. We were near the elevator and could hear the 'dings' all night! We could also hear other rooms...that certainly wasn't expected of a Hyatt. 9.99/night extra for wi-fi, no cont break. Keatings Grill was good, but pricey. Don't forget to bring extra cash for the $25 night parking!!! more
