I stay at this hotel periodically on business. The location right on the water close to the historic area is really nice when you have some downtime. My room itself wasn't particularly impressive, but it was clean and had all the usual amenities. Every hotel staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. The fitness center was above average for... More

Charged $10 for Wi-Fi. They claim this is mentioned on their site, but of course, it is easy to miss. Any company that tries to extract hidden feees out of customers is getting the lowest possible rating. More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in late Nov 2011 in room 1618. Our main criticisms are: 1] Although on the 16th floor of a modern building, the traffic noise was extremely intrusive; to the extent that the TV had to be turned up louder that usual and the noise kept us awake at night. 2] The room... We thought this hotel was in a great location - easy access to the highway, walking distance to most family friendly activities and restaurants. The service was good - everyone we encountered was happy and friendly. The rooms were looking a bit worn (in the bathrooms especially) and the sounds from the street and other rooms were a bit loud.... More

I think this is one of the best hotels in Philadelphia. Advantage: -generally Clean and quiet -nice staff and very helpful. -15vminutes walk to downtown. -very close to the river. Disadvantage: -there was stain on one of the towels in bathroom. -there were no tooth-brush in bathroom and I had to request it. -there were some scratch and damage in... More

We popped into Philadelphia, booked this Hyatt last minute, from the moment we got in the door till the moment we left, it felt like home. the staff at the desk, the waiters in the hotel restaurant and the concierge who knows everything, and he really does. We were pleasantly surprised and we we given a great room overlooking the... More

Here for a conference and decidedly not up to par with most high end conference hotels - even the Hyatt sign on the podium in the ball room was beat up, with the line under Hyatt dangling. Room wasn't cleaned properly, coffee wasn't replenished and staff were not helpful. Impersonal and a little run down More

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's important to us. I have passed along your comments to our management team in order to address them . Thank you. We will check the podiums and make any necessary repairs. That shouldn't have slipped through. The food that is presented is based on orders placed by the meeting planner overseeing the event.... I thought that the staff was extremely nice. No matter who it was, everyone was more than helpful. As far as the hotel I thought the location was great, but I got it on priceline as a "4 star" option, not really what I'm used to as far as "4 star" quality. But not a bad hotel overall. More
