I would highly recommend this hotel for any travelers doing business in Center City. Rooms are very nice and include kitchenette, living room w/ TV, dining area w/ balcony, separate bedroom w/ TV & balcony, and bathroom. Front-desk was very helpful with check-in process and even allows you to leave your bags at the hotel if arriving in the morning... More

I stayed here for one night on my way from NY to DC. The location is convenient for visiting museums but about a 25 min walk to Independence Hall/Liberty Bell. The property and staff seemed worn down and below Embassy Suites standards. The hotel has an odd layout, very slow elevators that housekeeping and other staff share with guests, and... More

Hotel was clean, efficient and friendly. Great location for Center City Philly. Rooms are a little dated with paint and carpeting but very clean and large....great for a family of 4 (5 or 6 if you have little ones) traveling.

Hotel was clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice for being included in the room price. Best thing I can say is the location was perfect. Steps away from The Franklin Institute, Academy of Natural Sciences. Very close to Chinatown and Reading Terminal Market. Quick access to Ben Franklin Bridge to Camden waterfront (aquarium & the... Pros: Room is very nice and spacious. Location was great - midway between the Rocky steps and the Liberty Bell (we walked to both on different days). The breakfast was nice and the manager reception happy hour was a nice touch. Cons: The elevators take forever. There are only three elevators for the high-rise and no service elevator (so service... Very close to the new LDS Temple being built in Philadelphia. The rooms were a great size and could easily fit our whole family. The breakfast was good and we never really ran in to the "traffic" issue with the breakfast being to busy. The candy at the evening reception was a hit with the kids.

After a week's stay here, I was very happy with my choice of hotel. The location is excellent - a view of City Hall right outside the door and an easy walk to the Philadelphia Art Museum. I stayed in a one bedroom, with two double beds and a pull out sofa. There is a little kitchen with a microwave... More

We came to Philly to see family/friends. I was a little nervous being in the city with 3 small ones (1 being a baby at 4 months). But I loved the hotel! Full size crib, 2 rooms (living room area was huge) with a kitchenette. Beds were great, staff was very nice, and free breakfast was actually very good. We... More

Good service, clean hotel. Chose them because they are one of the few that still accommodates smokers. Rooms were clean and appealing. Staff was efficient and friendly. The only complaint is the charge for valet parking and the fact that valet parking is all they offer.

We were pleased overall with our experience here. The good: Extra-Friendly staff from the room maids to the front desk to the bartenders at the reception were very friendly. The location is great as well. You are within walking distance of many attractions, museums, shopping and the full gamut of dining choices. The evening reception was OK, with fresh Philly... More
