“Pricey airport hotel”

Although customer service is good, I wouldn't pay such a high rate again to stay here.. Rooms are very large, but more than half of the room is the 'living room' area, while the bathroom is claustrophobically small.. I guess is good if you actually need the 'suite' in Embassy Suites.. Very nice. A bit expensive but with the breakfast included, makes it more appealing. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean. “Overnight stay”

Really nice clean hotel with good in room facilities. Managers hour was great! The shuttle is not very regular collecting at the airport we waited an hour for the shuttle. Shuttle back to the airport was much better!

“OK But needs some help.”

Fortunately they a friendly staff at this property. This is a pretty tired property and needs some spiffing up. The breakfast is fine but the dinner is much less than acceptable. “Below average Embassy”

Terrible location, below average atrium condition. Little here worth seeing. Had to stay for a conference but if it were not for that, there is nothing to stay for. Staff not nasty, just inattentive and uninterested. The place was clean but the atrium really needs a refresh.
