We stayed at this location for 3 days and it is your typical Embassy Suites. Breakfast in the morning and manager's reception in the evening. Having read some of the other reviews, I was a little skeptical at first. The hotel is nice and has nice furnishings, but the rooms could have been cleaner. Staff members were ok, but were... more

We loved our multi-night stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond - truly the nicest, friendliest staff at any hotel we've stayed at in a very long time. Everyone was really, really nice and always asking if we needed anything. One night we realized we hadn't received any bath towels. Literally 60 seconds after we called the... more

We just got back from a 1 night stay in this hotel. We specicifically chose the embassy suites because we were traveling with my 6 people (3 adults and 3 kids) and so the 2 room suite was the best deal. We keep kosher so we didn't eat the breakfast but everyone else seemed to like it. The living room... more

Beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. I see some bad reviews posted and I am not sure why. I did not see any issues and I am known as a "Hotel Snob". more

Stayed here for four nights in April 2009 with kids. Picked Embassy Suites because I knew the room layout works well to share a room with kids plus the free breakfast worked. The hotel was a let down, I've had my wedding reception at one of these and there's no way I'd do it at this place. First of all,... more

We have been staying at this Embassy Suites for years. We had such a bad experience about a year ago we said never again. The hotel in Philly we now stay at was booked and for convenience and considering it was one night we decided to rough it. We were pleasantly surprised. Now that the construction is done the whole... more

So I stayed one night at this Embassy Suites property. Not the best ES, but not the worst, either. The room was par for the course, with all the usual stuff you would find in an Embassy property. Everything in my room worked just fine for me. The bathroom was good, the shower had plenty of hot water and the... more

Last week my family and I stayed at the Embassy Suites by the Philadelphia Airport for one night before an early morning flight. This hotel certainly suited our needs and then some. We arrived at the hotel around 6:30pm and I think we got the last available parking spot. We had planned ahead and packed one small suitcase with only... more

I am a HH Gold member and have stayed exclusively at Embassy Suites for years, until I stayed at this one. Our sink pipes leaked which we didn't find out until our items we put near the fridge were ruined. We stayed Mon-Fri and got maid service twice during that week. Once we got back to our room late and... more
