I stayed at the AKA Rittenhouse for 3 nights for our 17th annual ladies get-away weekend Sept. 17-20, 2009. We had a large, 2-bedroom suite with 2 baths, large living room, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Everything about this hotel was perfect for us, and you can't beat the location or the price. And the Molton Brown, London bath... more

My wife, 1 yr old baby and I stayed at the AKA in Philly last month and completely enjoyed it. The room we chose, a 1BR w/ study was bigger than any hotel room we've ever stayed in and the furnishings were simple yet elegant. The hotel set us up with a pack & play for the baby (you have... more

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 months as part of a job change. From the moment we arrived, the engaging and competent staff treated us like family. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and often entertaining. I would ordinarily dread the prospect of being in a hotel for two months, but I would stay at the... more

First, I really wanted to LOVE this place, it had a lot going for it. Good rate, good location ( but it is very noisy with street sounds in the room), friendly staff, bright clean spacious penthouse. I usually stay at the Four Seasons for double the amount in an executive suite on Logan square. I had entertained clients earlier... more

I recently stayed in the AKA Rittenhouse and found the experience to be great – The staff were extremely friendly and the room was great – It was very clean and in a central location – Because you are in the center of everything it can get a little noisy but nothing terrible – I would recommend this hotel to... more

Though the room was beautiful, that was all that you get. They state that there is a breakfast, but in truth there are muffins and coffee. Also, the noise from across the street was so loud you do not get any sleep. i would advise goingto a different hotel, at least until the construction is done. Management did not seem... more

My husband and I stayed here with our 6yr. old daughter while in town to visit family. When we travel we really like having a seperate bedroom from the main area of our room, which usually means having to get a suite, or connecting rooms. After checking out several hotels I wound up booking at AKA, having heard about the... more
