Overpriced for what we received....bedbugs. Stayed one night and after being home for one evening my daughter, who lives 2 hrs from me called and was so upset because she had bites all over her body. I was just about to call her to tell her the same thing. The sad part was that at first the hotel didn't even... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to give feedback on our hotel. We welcome all types of comments as they offer us insight into areas where we can improve. This instance of bed bugs was isolated and has now been dealt with by the hotel and an outside cleaning facility so this will not be a reoccurring issue.... More

First off, although the rating for this hotel is only average, it has a lot of wonderful features. The complementary buffet breakfast was elaborate (waffles, french toast, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, grits yogurts, cereals and fruits) and the convenience of a kitchen in the room is wonderful. Locate less than two blocks from Reading Terminal Market and the Convention... More

My wife and I went to Philadelphia to see such sights as Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, the Jewish Museum, etc. First we took a tour bus (both a double decked and a singe open one - both very good for viewing and getting an overview/history of the city). The hotel is the nicest Residence Inn we have every stayed... More

I really like the way we were treated. There was a problem with the room - the door wouldn't unlock. This was MINOR (and required a battery to be replaced). What did the hotel do? They upgraded us to a suite. It was fantastic. The location is tremendous. We walked all over town from here. Reading Terminal Market was just... More

We took our 10 year old grandson to Philadelphia for an historic tour and baseball experience. The Residence Inn was a great location. We were given a suite, so we had two rooms (ie. two TV's) and lots of room to spread out. We did not use the cooking facilities is the room, but they were available. The breakfast which... More

My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. My husband stays with Marriott a lot and he had two free room nights so we decided to go to Philadelphia because it's not too far from DC where we live. The hotel is right across the street from City Hall. It is around the corner from the Marriott Hotel... More

We have spent two nights in Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City during our US trip. As we arrived late night we just wanted some bed to sleep. Reception staff could see that as well and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Room was enormous, with separate bedroom and living area with kitchen. I absolutely loved that. Nice colours used to decor... More

I had to be in Philadelphia in early August because my husband was an in-patient in the hospital there and we are from Virginia. I am a Marriott member so fortunately I had points for the Residence Inn. I chose it because of the fact that I would be by myself a lot in the room and knew I would... More

Stayed here to see a concert - right in the middle of the city could walk lots of places - great view from room of city hall. Staff was super friendly. There are cheaper options for parking than the $48 valet

Stayed overnight and arrived after visiting the Philadelphia Museum of art (fabulous) and Eastern State Penitentiary ( not up my alley). We arrived tired and hungry but the we checked in quickly, and when we arrived in the room, the hotel clerk, (Frank I think) called to see if we were happy and needed anything. The room was wonderful, great... More
