Where to begin?? 16 story building with only 1 super-rickety working elevator, took 15 minutes to come anytime you wanted to use it and then broke in the morning and we had to go down 9 flights of dimly lit, bad smelling stairs with all our luggage. I had reserved 7 rooms, this was a school trip, 1 room had... More

Where to start...amenities said, microwave & refrig, NONE. Room smelt like a locker room. Disgusting!! Water-extremely HOT! No cool water, told the front desk, nothing was done. Elevator-2 worked on 1st day, by 2nd day only 1 elevator. They kept saying they were working on it. "No one was there to work on it". Wait time would be min 30... More

Breakfast was good Needs a complete cleanup of the room carpets. I stayed in Non-Smoking, 2nd floor, Room# 209. The Bed room light should have additional electrical point for connecting charger. The table side should also have additional electrical point for connecting laptop charger / iPad charger

This place is a hovel. Stayed for a Phillies game as website said it was .9 miles from stadium. Funny. After walking there... More

Upon checking into the hotel, the night before my 3 am flight; I was assigned a room that was trashed and covered with dirty towels on the floor. I was... More

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend; when I booked it 7 months ago the reviews were 3 stars so I figured it wouldn't be the greatest but not terrible. Boy was I wrong. First we checked in and had to wait over 20 minutes for an elevator. Apparently only 1 elevator for a hotel with 16 floors (maybe... More

Booked this hotel for one night as a day trip from NYC to go and watch the Phillies. We knew it was a cheap hotel but for one night we weren't that bothered as it was "10 minutes walk from the ball park". THIS HOTEL IS NOT 10 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BALLPARK. More like 30 minutes on a cool... More
