I just spent six nights here and the staff was wonderful! Gina at the front desk was always cheerful and helpful. I knew that fridge and microwave might be available upon request (if available) and they were promptly delivered to my room. Housekeeping did a fine job. The place is being renovated and presents challenges for the staff, but they... More

It's filthy dirty moldy and rusty. Supposedly under renovation but no signs of any work. There's a cop parked out front on off so it appears to be a troubled area. Very sketchy place. Amazingly you get further ripped off by an unannounced $10 a night parking fee. The place should be closed and torn down. Ramada should be ashamed... More

Where do I start!?! First off hotel receptionist by the name of Gina was extremely rude and unhelpful. She seemed to have had a friend woth her in the lobby while i was checking in and was more attentive to him then the guest!!! The room was $10 cheaper online and she said if I booked it online I would... More

We apologize for the fact that our vending company did not service the soda machine properly and have already contacted them to fix the issue. We will look into why you were not advised of the other... More

Stayed one night on July 16th for a concert at Wells Fargo Center. The room was supposed to have a refrigerator and microwave, but did not. There was also a $10 parking fee! The hotel website states free parking. I asked the woman at the front desk about the best way to get to the Wells Fargo Center. She told... More

We apologize for the confusion in relation to the parking. We updated our websites to reflect the $10 parking fee so we will look into the websites to ensure they all state the $10.00 fee. At $10.00 our parking fee is by the lowest around as most hotels charge approximately $25.00 per night including one 1/2 mile away. We also... More

Out of town stranded visitors because of cancelled flight. It was almost midnight and we went to the airport information desk and asked for the local hotel list. A very unhelpful airport information desk by the way. We called they had a room, we took a taxi there. The rate was reasonable and we were unfamiliar with the area. The... More
