me and my daughter went to see one direction in concert are stay was very enjoyable,staff was very nice and helpful.The rooms were very clean and comfortable,also very quiet.All around are experience was positive.we would book this hotel again.

The hotel was being renovated and we were aware of that when we made the reservation. It definitely needs the renovation; the elevators, for instance, look a little beat up. Ramada city center in philadelphia was the worst ramada hotel I have ever visited!!! First, we arrived at the front desk, and the two clerks ignored us for up to 5 minutes.
