Where do I begin? At arrival, there were no spaces to park and unload our car. So, drive around the city block, and head into the parking garage. Then lug your own luggage to the lobby. Then find out that at 4:30 in the afternoon, your reserved room is not ready. Should be a half hour. After an hour of... More

The hotel charged me around $500 a night just because they could. The hotel is not worth $500 a night. However, they were taking advantage of those who needed to attend the conference that was being held at the convention center at the time. This is morally and conceptually wrong.

This hotel was just perfect. Front desk was great, room very clean and comfortable. Right next door to the most wonderful market with foods prepared and seating available. Actually even visited the pool one night after walking all day at the flower show. The Jacuzzi was just what we needed. Parking was included in the price and was also easy... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Easy access to everything you want to see in Philadelphia, PA. The hotel was very helpful in anything you wanted or needed. Very clean and very nice. The Reading Terminal is right next door lots of wonderful food and items to check out.

HGI is in a very convenient location. The lobby is on the ground level rooms go from floor 7 to 10. The bar and restaurant are on the tenth floor and have good views. The Bartender is worth going up to the tenth floor the restaurant is good compared to other HGI properties but not as good as others that... More

If you’re in Philadelphia for a convention, as I was, there are good reasons to pick the Hilton Garden Inn over the nearby, more expensive hotel that has an all-weather, direct connection to the Convention Center. It removes you from the buzz and hubbub, gives you elevators you don’t need to spend long minutes waiting for, and provides larger than... More

I stayed for one night only , left my iPad behind! Would have paid send on fee. After two failed attempts at connecting to the right department , finally I was assured that they would telephone me..... Call never arrived..... Do they have dishonest staff?....if not found why not a simple call to let me know?....very poor customer relations...I return overseas... More

Has lovely indoor pool and exercise facility with adequate equipment. Restaurant has wonderful buffet breakfast with made to order omelets and fresh fruit. The check-in time is late -16:00 and the room was still not ready until 16:30. The floor lap in the room lacked a turn-on/off switch. The requirement for 200 characters is unnecessary. Yes, unnecessary.
