I just want to warn people who would like to have an event here that they should look somewhere else. I booked my reception room 2years in advance. I got a phone call from my wedding planner 3 months before my wedding, and she told me they removed my name from the book and put another party in the room.... more

There was no hot water, toilets did not flush, shower took long to drain. The rooms were barely cleaned: floor not vacummed, tables not wiped, bathroom and other floors not mopped. Some room doors could not lock. Definately a scene for crime....I would not go back. more

I was at the motel for a 50th birthday party and my roommates car was robbed in the parking garage. They stole some very valuable items. The hotel was fine and conveniently located for our visit. The service was excellent, the room was clean and quiet and we received excellent value. The towels were quite plush. We stayed on the third floor and did not hear any party noises, even over a weekend. I recommend this hotel. more

i think the north american was fun ..its good for partys..and from the other reviews you can tell its more of a party hotel then comfortable and quite..so for the people who have stayed there do research before you stay some where with such bad reviews..thats your fault..AJ more

This is the worse hotel in Philadelphia! The hotel was very noisy, people having their events all over the place, guest roaming through the place and don't forget the local hookers seeking for jons. As all the hotels in the area were full, my father and I decided to make a reservation here. When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation. Parking was a nightmare: they have a very cramped and tortuously twisting parking garage which is not conducive to minivans or SUV's and doesn't contain enough spaces to accomodate all guests.... more
