Nice hotel, Large room, we were four persons so the extra space was appreciated. The pool on the roof was perfect at the end of the day. The parking is $40 per day. All the attaction were easy to reach. The breakfast at the Irish Pub is very expensive. The WIFI works perfectly.

We had such a great experience that we returned to the Windsor on the way back home during our vacation. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful-best service we experienced during our trip this summer! The downtown location was ideal for access to what Philadelphia has to offer. The rooms were spacious, clean, and attractive. Security was great-key needed... More

My husband and I stayed at The Windsor Suites during an overnight getaway to Philadelphia. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, having been recently renovated. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating! Everyone in guest services seemed truly interested in making our stay fantastic! The lobby and guest areas had also been recently renovated with new furnishings and... More

This hotel was our favorite so far. Very quiet air conditioner. The little kitchen with a fridge was great to put the breakfast food in. The bed was comfortable and there was so much room to place all of our luggage and items purchased. The location was perfect with a WaWa behind the hotel and the Reading Terminal Market just... Spent two nites in Philly and stayed at the Windsor Suites mid July 2015. Total was $386.72 including two days parking. (Parking in Philly, as any large City is pricey, over 40 bucks per day) The front desk staff were all very helpful and courteous. My son and I brought our bikes, which the staff promptly retrieved each morning from... More

Clean, roomy, great kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful rooftop pool. Desk staff went out of their way to help us and they were so courteous. However DO NOT park in the garage (not run by Windsor). The staff gave misinformation and did not allow me to file a report after a dent was made to my car's hood. The manager still... More

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Philadelphia and enjoyed our stay greatly. The hotel is located in an easily accessible part of town within walking distance to attractions. It was convenient to have a kitchen in the room, especially with kids. There was a big closet which was nice to keep all the clothes and suitcases in and... More

Stayed overnight on our way to Toronto for our anniversary. As you would expect downtown in a larger city, arrival had its challenges. Again, this is not a hotel issue. It's a large city, where do I park, where do I unload issue that happens in many big cities. Check in was a breeze thanks to Talia, who was terrific.... More

The suites are huge and pretty good value. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent position. The staff are helpful. The kitchen leaves a bit to be desired as there's very limited implements and the stove has a terrible extractor fan (don't try frying anything or the fire alarm will go off) apart from that... I was worried when I arrived at the hotel, as entering is made far too difficult. It was raining and the entrance for cars dropping off people is in a parking garage. The attendant was gruff telling us to pull into the parking area, not the area labeled as the hotel entrance since there were two cars parked blocking the area....
