After all other hotels near the convention center were booked, I was surprised to find one right across the street. It's on the west side while most of the other 4 and 5 star hotels are on the east side, so it's more of a walk to the best restaurants. The Four Points is small, the restaurant/bar has limited hours... More

The location is good, particularly for the convention center, Reading Terminal market, etc. The staff is great, at the hotel and the attached breakfast place, and easily the best thing about this hotel. The prices are high for what you get, but low for Philly...and certainly better than the way overpriced and faded Sheraton at 17th and Race.

...not perfect. I am a Starwood Group Member, and entitled to upgraded rooms and amenities at the Starwood properties. But my room was small and there was a huge wet patch on the carpeting next to the bed. It became worse and started to smell, so I complained. I was quickly moved to a new room, and that's when I... The Sheraton was chosen as the site of the World Chess Open, the largest chess tournament in the world. Its center location and ,excellent staff made it an ideal vacation spot for my wife and me. She enjoys the shopping, the history and the easy access to places of interest. I enjoyed the spacious playing halls and way the staff... More

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary celebration. We were able to walk to the restaurant, which was on Walnut Street and 17th. It is centrally located. The rooms are nice, extremely clean. The front staff was very helpful. Parking is difficult.

The hotel is four years old. It is conveniently located to the convention Center, Reading Terminal and downtown. We took a shuttle to Penn there during Alumni weekend. It is a couple blocks from the Market Street subway. The room with double beds is big. Bathroom has a shower only. Limited closet space in an armoire. Valet parking was $24/... More

My wife and I had stayed here, we experienced issues will valet parking during our stay. We tried to contact the General Manager several times but he never answered his phone. Though the staff at frontdesk was helpful but it was a disappointment that we couldn't get hold of the General Manager.

My wife and I had a very nice time at this moderately priced hotel ($150 per night for a Sunday and Monday in June via Starwood Preferred Guest). It is located near Chinatown, it's next to the converntion center and very near the Terminal Market. Independence Hall and other center city attractions are well within walking distance. We used the... More

The hotel is on the edge of downtown but good location for walking to downtown and other hotels. Right across from the convention center and Reading Market which is nice. Close to Chinatown if that is important to you. They have valet parking for $24 but you can park in a lot across the street for $20 which is easier... More
