Stayed at this hotel for four nights while attending a convention at the Convention Center just one block away. It is a new hotel and they were offering great rates. The style is modern with trendy touches, such as the large flat screen TV. The rooms are ample, everything new, with a large bathroom too. We did have a problem... more

Isn't amazing how easy it is to make a reservation, but when you try to cancel you get the run around? Well, that is what had happened to me with this hotel and their staff. I was booked to stay at this hotel on June 20th, 2009 but had to cancel my reservation because an emergency presented itself at work.... more

Overall, I was happy with my stay here. The amenities are basic but done nicely. Positive points: The room we had was directly across from the elevator banks but we couldn't really hear the elevator noise in the room, so that was ok. The room itself had a nice size bathroom that was found to be clean and stocked with... more

This hotel was not at all what the site describes it to be. The phone staff was much more pleasant than that of the evening guest services staff. First of all, when I arrived I was charged more than what I agreed to pay. None of the"other" charges were mentioned until I was about to pay. When I got to... more

Stay away from this hotel!!! Rooms are EXTREMELY small and unclean. When we turned our sheets down for the night, we discovered several hairs all over the sheets. I called down to the front desk and explained the situation, and I was told someone would be up to change the sheets. Someone brought up sheets and handed them through the... more

The rooms aren't large but are well designed and very comfortable. I was on the 9th floor and found the room to be very quiet and sparkling clean. I slept very well. I probably wouldn't want to stay here for a long trip because the room would feel a bit claustrophobic, but it was great for a quick trip and... more

Newer hotel located across the street from the rear of the Convention Center. Pay parking just across the street ($20 for 24 hours) or you can use the hotel's valet service at the front door (entrance on 12th street - not on Race). This is a basic hotel so don't expect too many ammenities. There is a small dining room... more

This hotel has just been redone and is quite nice with well thought out design. Front desk was effecient at check-in and we were in our room quickly. Valet parking was prompt and pointed out the parking garage where my car would be kept during the continuing snow storm. Room had a nice working desk, large screen TV, and lots... more

This hotel opened in December 2008 which may explain why it didn't come up in some of my searches. Located on the corner of 12th and Race, it is one block away from the convention center. The outside of the hotel is non-descript and one could easily walk right past it. However, once inside it was very pleasant. The lobby... more

Overall I've never stayed at a Four Points before, and couldn't find much info about this hotel, so I didn't quite know what to expect. But at a net cost of 2,000 Starpoints per night (3,000/night, with 1,000 bonus per night), combined with the fact that we were just looking for a place to sleep (not hang out), the risk... more
