The location of the hotel is quite nice to see some sites. Since I was here for a conference we spent much of our time at the hotel. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice and the conference area was up-to-date. The rooms were above average and the lobby was nice as well. If you need to be in Society... more

I just returned from a one night stay at the Sheraton Society Hill in Philadelphia, PA. My husband and I used a cash plus points program through SPG. I do not agree that this hotel is on the same level with the Westin Philadelphia. I was disappointed with the room. The room was about a city block walk from the... more

Hotel is in a great location but service could definitely use an improvement. The club level rooms are not worth the extra money. The club level rooms were not “special” in any way. We have stayed at other properties and utilized a club or concierge level and had available quite a few more choices in the evening than bottled water,... more

The characteristics of this hotel are the most inconsistent I have stayed in. My room, at a conference rate of $179 a night before taxes, was on the second floor and overlooked a trash-strewn roof. I just closed the curtains~ I wasn't in my room much anyway. But there were so many little annoyances: a toilet that would run loudly... more

We arrived at the Sheraton Society Hill on a rainy Friday after a long drive in terrible traffic. We had chosen the hotel purely because it was the location of the event we needed to attend. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly, and sent us to our reserved Club Floor room. The hotel had undergone recent renovations. The room... more

Wonderful hotel, not luxurious, but comfortable. Main draw is the surrounding area. Just a few minutes walk from Independance Hall, Liberty Bell, etc. more

Friendly staff, nice layout, easy to host a modest-sized convention at this hotel. So close to good eats and other amenities after a short walk made most options NOT an additional cab ride to get there, a welcome change from most cities. Glad to see pets, too. more

The hotel presents very well upon arrival. The approach is attractive, the valet parking is easy, the lobby is gracious. When we entered our room however, the housekeeping flaws overwhelmed our initial good impression. Specifically, there were spots of unknown origin on the coverlet, mold in the shower, and write-your-name-suitable dust on the windowsills. But wait--it gets worse! In the... more

I found the Sheraton to be a good choice, the staff was helpful, in my choice of room, and, the services at the hotel were good , I liked the fact that the hotel was only 4 stories, with the pool, and whirlpool very relaxing at the end of the day, Also the location, and the area were beautiful, with... more

Before booking here for our first time in Philly, we didn't know which Starwood property to choose. We contacted the Sheraton Society Hill and because it was a special stay for us, we were booked into a suite exactly to our liking. The room was great; it was clean, large, comfy and quiet. We had access to the club lounge... more
