Friendliness, exceptional service and immaculate all describe this beautiful hotel. The staff could not have been nicer. From the bellman to the concierge everyone offered restaurant suggestions and directions to the points of interest. I'm planning a return visit. Of course, during my next trip I will make some time to visit the hotel spa. more

We booked a king room with a sofa bed. Front desk was super friendly upon check in. They also gave the kids a backpack with fun toys and activities. When we got to our room there wasn't a sofa bed and we had 2 young children. We called the front desk and they moved us immediately just down the hall.... more

I love this hotel. It has a wonderful location! You walk out of the door and see Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and the other historical sites. You can't beat this location for visiting the historical sites. Every room has a great view. Also, the hotel is lovely!!!!!!!!!!!!! I more

We used Priceline to book a room in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was! The room was large, very clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for our visit to Philadelphia--across from Independence Square, near Penn's Landing, and within walking distance of the metro connections and many great restaurants. more

We stayed at the Omni June 15-17. It was a great hotel! The location was hard to beat. We were right in the middle of every attraction and it was well within walking distance to everything. The only concern we had was that the room was actually too quiet. We were on the 10th floor and had a corner room.... more
