Roof top pool... Secure parking... Renovated rooms with new tv's great comfortable beds, tidy rooms... A single block off of independence hall and liberty. Best part? Hotel bar. Tracy the bartender made my night. Handled a crowd, and did it with a smile, super impressed. Thanks Tracy!!!

At the check-in level, you'll encounter an upscale and very stylish lobby and restaurant/bar area. The rooms, by comparison, are more dated in appearance. ***Be advised: The current (late August 2015) construction is sleep prohibitive*** If you are planning setting your alarm for 6am or later, request a room far away from the construction adjacent to the hotel. After a... More

The room description was a king sized bed in the handicapped room. The bed in the room seemed to be a queen size. There was lint and hair in the corners of the bathroom. There was black mildew around the base of the shower. The shower bench extended over the shower area which made the water ran out onto the... More

Location, Location, Location! This hotel is right smack dab in the middle of the historic district of Philly. It is so convenient to everything in the area, all the historic landmarks and places to visit. Plus great restaurants. Also, it's super close to China Town and Reading Market. I love that you don't need a car here at all. The... More

i liked the hotel, i had an upper floor - nice and quiet. Try to get a room facing 4th street. I did not have a chance to view the pool so can't comment on it. The restaurants around the area are all great. The best Philly cheese steak I found was a couple of blocks away from hotel inside... More

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Wyndham. We received news while we were there that we had a close death in our family. We had been eating at the restaurant and decided we wanted to go back to our room. Our food was quickly packaged up for us to bring up to our room. They were so nice... More

Rooms were comfortable, food was good. The service staff were less than efficient in clearing a meal in the corridor. Parking though convenient was a bit pricey: $ 35 per night. Hotel was within walking distance of a number of sights including the Visitor's Center. Also unlike other chains, a 'buffet' breakfast was not included. As far as we could... More

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. In regards to breakfast most of the other hotels in Old City don't offer complimentary breakfast with the room, however if you look on our website you can book the breakfast package. Many people like that option. Again, thank you for you comments and we... More

I stayed here for a week, while I was attending a teacher institute. Very nice place to stay. It was very comfortable and had the best location if you are looking to see historical Philly. This location is right across the street from The Mint. The front desk girls were so nice and helpful. They went over a list of... More
