Fine location in historic district. Museums and historic places in walking distance. Pretty wide choice of bars and restaurants in vicinity. Helpful and efficient staff. Lobby and bar are relatively small and can be pretty crowded Rooms OK except for noisy ac.

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and I apologize if the heating unit disturbed your rest. Some guest love the peacefulness of the quiet hum while others don't care for it. Again, my apologies. Regards, More

This is the third time I've been at this hotel in the last three years and the staff continue to improve (some of the same faces) while the hotel continues its upgraded appearance. This hotel is always a great value compared to the room rates in the area. See you next February!

Stayed one night for a family member's party in Philly. Hotel was very nice. Exceeded expectations. Nice Gym with all the dumbbells i needed to get the job done. Maybe i'm spoiled but i wish that the TV's were a tad bigger. Staff were very cordial and welcoming.

I stayed here for 3 nights while on a business trip. The conference was held here, so I didn't have a choice in hotel selection. The location is really convenient to the historic sections of town. It was a very short walk to Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and Penn's Landing. The hotel is on a very quiet street, sandwiched... More

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for you feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. My apologies for the wifi issues you encountered. Since replacing our entire system we rarely get complaints about the connectivity. Perhaps there was a faulty access point near your room. I'll try to determine where that might have been. Again, my apologies. Regards, More

Stayed there last year with husband and teenage daughter. We arrived late Sunday to find a beautiful lobby and well done, remodeled rooms. Drawback on a Sunday night? Not too much open nearby for quick bite. We settled for snacks from the mini-mart near the lobby. During the day, all of the attractions were close by and lots of restaurants open.

What I like in this place is its proximity to the historical sites and it is stationed to a quiet area. You can walk to the shopping section and restaurants are within reach. It is also clean with friendly staff.

I was in Philadelphia for 3-4 days with my sister and our experience was pretty good. The overall maintenance from cleaning to dine in/ breakfast services was good and the staff was welcoming. Infact, we came across a welcoming waitress/ host named Rasha. She took great care of us while we had regular breakfast during our stay.
