We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is a little bit old on the inside, but I think they are closing the doors and rebuilding a new hotel. The location is fantastic and led to many great (short) walks with our 4 kids. We had connecting rooms at the end of a hallway and it was great for... More

3rd visit in a couple of years and each visit is consistent, service is very good and rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Is it new or modern, no. Feels a little like what you would expect business travelers or politicians to stay in around Washington. Large bar with plenty of seating, also cozy seating throughout hotel. One side has... More

Internet was not configured after check-in (had to call down). Speed of Internet was poor once it was configured. Missing phone on desk. No coffee maker in room (free coffee service delivered to room on demand). Shower head was not working properly. Interior room was quiet, bedding, towels and toiletries are first class. Staff was excellent. We were glad to... More

Expensive and well located hotel. Near the Barnes Fundation. Hotel has nothing special. Service at the doors and taxis were not good. Wi fi is not free in the rooms, but it is in the lobby. I liked the flower arraingments in the lobby.

Made reservations a year ago for my daughter's college graduation and everything was perfect. We had one of the rooms with a fountain view just as we had dreamed and we could not have asked for a better room. Breakfast was over the top excellent. The location is so perfect that I know the new management will keep the hotel... More

We have stayed at the Four Seasons many times in the past. It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location…….but that is no longer true. It is hard to see any difference from the lobby but the rooms have definitely deteriorated. There was a huge stain on one of the chairs in our sitting room……it was as if someone... More

I've been a repeat guest of the Four Seasons in Philadelphia. My last visit was not a good experience so I voted with my feet -- and my wallet. I had the chance to give the property another try and I was pleased with my stay. The staff was attentive, the room was clean and well appointed and the bed... More

The hotel was absolutely amazing. All the employees always went above and beyond to ensure our family had a wonderful experience. Ms. Sharon Brambrut was an amazing help when organizing the trip and proving insightful details. She continued to follow up with my family and made sure all our needs were fulfilled. Additionally, the rooms were very spacious and rooms... More

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons for a conference. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the door men. The front desk staff also graciously checked me in around 7am following a red-eye flight, which I really appreciated! The location is perfect for walking to museums and shopping. The only downside is... More
