We have stayed here many times for weekends with children. The hotel is moving a few blocks away in 2018 and will be part of the new comcast building. I will miss this place. The whole place is elegant. The service is always very professional and goes above and beyond. We love the indoor pool and giant hot tub. The... More

The Four Seasons in Philadelphia is not as good as it should have been. It was pleasant but not lovely. The disappointing aspects were: 1. When we arrived or room wasn't ready until 430. 2. Our executive suite with a view had twin beds and no view at all (we were on the second floor looking into another building) 3.... More

I came here to celebrate a special occasion, and let the 4 seasons know ahead of time. They provided me with such a high level of service and generosity - it was the perfect getaway weekend from New York City, and the location is quite cool. Can't wait to return.

My experience of this hotel has always been good. Arrived late on Saturday, with about 40 mins. to get to a concert. A hotel car was arranged and ready to go. The food both in the room and restaurants is excellent. There is very little that the staff cannot do to make your stay easy.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Philadelphia and found the service to be spectacular! The hotel staff was one of the best I've ever encountered. They were friendly and always helpful. The only reason I didn't give the hotel five stars is because the rooms and hallways are somewhat dated. Otherwise an excellent, comfortable, clean hotel.

Took my sister for a birthday trip to see the Barnes Collection in Philly. We chose the Four Seasons Hotel because (a) it's a Four Seasons and (b) it's within walking distance to the museums. I had booked far in advance and requested a good room. What a disappointment. It was unlike any other Four Seasons I've ever been to.... More

What a disappointment. I have stayed in many Four Seasons and had just been at the Four Seasons in Seattle and Atlanta prior to arriving in Philadelphia. What a shock. Old, tired, worn. Had to have our lamp replaced as bulbs were just hanging from broken sockets. Small bathroom, tacky shower curtain, everything feels dirty. Service not to true standards.... More

We spent two nights at this superb hotel. We were allocated an upgrade to a suite on our arrival which was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel are first class as was every member of staff we came across, all very approachable and happy to help. The location is fabulous... More

This property fails to live up to the Four Seasons name--it isn't even close. This is a three star hotel in every way other than the name and the price tag. The rooms are small and dark. The service, unfriendly and unhelpful. My trip to the pool sums it up--dirty towels strewn about, dirty water, dirty lounges, strange crane-like apparatuses... More

Four Seasons is a management company and does not own the hotels it manages. They should be ashamed of having their name associated with this property. The room itself was very tired looking. Aside from crusty carpets, there was no overhead lighting, and when we walked in the room there were only 2 lamps- one on the desk and one... More
