I spent two nights at this Four Seasons hotel during a business trip to Philadelphia. In all respects the hotel lives up to its name by its class and service. The location also couldn't be better, with easy access into the business district and we even had time to walk to the museum, have a look at Rocky and even... More

A truly remarkable experience at this property. They've now closed after over 30 years in Philly. I hear they're coming back in the new Comcast tower in 2018. Service was remarkable. The room was okay but showing some wear. I loved the location. An easy walk to most everything. I also really like the Le Meridien and Ritz. Looking forward... More

I had to stay here a few times because the Westin (my favorite) had sold out. It's a nice hotel, but I wasn't that impressed, and it's a few blocks too far from the main hub around Rittenhouse Square. They do have a really good Philly cheese steak sandwich if you don't mind paying double the price of its worth.

I became in love with Philadelphia. We went for a business meeting on January 2014. It was great. The room where we stayed was tidy and clean. I wish we had a smoking room at that time, unfortunately I forgot to mention before. I cannot find any negative aspect of our stay there except the very slow wifi connection.

We love philadelphia! We were here on business and stayed. We were pleased at our service, amenities, location. Honestly, it doesn't compare to the other 4 seasons we have stayed at. Overall I cannot say there were any negatives other than comparison to other 4 seasons and pricing location was great

Unfortunately this Four Seasons falls a bit short of a traditional FS experience. It isn't terrible but it's just not quite up to par with its sister hotels. I believe it's closing very soon and will reopen under a different flag, which makes more sense. It definitely needs a facelift and the service isn't really even great either.

We came for a meeting and found out the hotel is closing 6/6/15. You would not be able to tell by the staff. Hilton hyatt ritz none have had the service this four seasons did. Doormen, turn down service everybody was freindly and amazing. I needed help tying a bow tie and the turn down lady went and found someone... More

We travel with a 20 month in tow, thus looking for amenities in a hotel that facilitate a quiet, comfortable, good night's sleep for all. Also, we narrow down hotel choices to those offering a pool, as my daughter loves the pool. We have stayed at the Rittenhouse in the past on our trips to Philly, but decided to switch... More

Dear cristina s, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback about your recent stay with us, though I'm disappointed it was not the experience you hoped for. We certainly would have done our very best to remedy your concerns, such as the room layout and noise from the city street, had we been made aware at the time. As you... More

Staff was so professional and attentive. Delicious food and rooms were immaculate. The smell of fresh flowers in the lobby was a wonderful welcome. Although the hotel is moving, I'm sure this level of excellence will follow.

Dear Enjaye08, Thank you for the very kind review. I'm so happy to know you enjoyed your visit and the service of our staff. As you mentioned, we will be opening a new Four Seasons in the city in early 2018, but hope guests will find the same exemplary service which we strive to provide. The Philadelphia Four Seasons is located at Logan square just south of the museums along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The hotel is a little dated inside and apparently is about to be refurbished inside and spun off under a different name. A new four seasons hotel tower is in the works.

Dear PowerTripTraveler, Thank you for sharing your insights on our hotel. I'm pleased you enjoyed the location of the hotel in the Parkway Museums District. As you mentioned, the hotel will be transitioning to new management as of June 7, as we prepare to open a new Four Seasons in the city in 2018. We hope you will have a... More
