We loved the Four Seasons and it was a great place to stay with our son. Beautiful, well maintained hotel with personal, courteous service. Our son especially enjoyed the complimentary milk and cookies. Will definitely go back. Easy, relaxing getaway. more

Our family checked in on Wed for the July 4 weekend, and from the moment we did,we knew the experience would be unforgettable. The staff are genuinely friendly and concerned about total guest satisfaction. The breakfast wait staff at the Fountain Restaurant remembered our food preferences each morning. When my son mentioned he liked cheese, Presto, an assortment of cheeses appeared on a... more

This is the only hotel where my daughter and I stay, just for the pleasure of the experience, as a special treat. All staff - from the minute you walk in until you leave - is exceptionally caring and attentive about having your experience be a happy one (and it really feels genuine and not feigned). The pool is wonderful,... more

Great location in logan circle puts this classy gem in the center of action. Rooms are tastefully decorated and the hotel presents the standard high quality of the Four Seasons Chain. I'd recommend a half block away and upscale pub called Public House. Hotel has a small but well equipped gym and a good pool for a city property. Room... more

Absolutely perfect stay in the perfect location. From the valet at check-in to the last person to say thank you, this was a fabulous place to stay. It is walking distance to tony Rittenhouse Square area stores and to the incomparable Philadelphia Museum of Art. Dinner at the Fountain Restaurant is top notch. Everyone knows your name, is friendly, and... more

My family and I stayed at the Four Seasons Philadelphia the night before Thanksgiving, and loved every minute. The children were treated wonderfully, and even got a surprise amenity that night (can't tell you what, or it wouldn't be a surprise!). We made good use of the indoor pool that night, slept peacefully on supremely comfortable beds, and loved being... more

Stayed with our 7 and 11 years olds. It was a Mother's Day splurge. The experience far exceeded our expectations as staff was totally engaged with the kids and not at all stuffy. The kids were made comfortable at dinner in the Fountain Room and so were we. Staff anticipated everything and even moved dessert along to meet our desire... more

We stayed at the Philadelphia Four Seasons with our 7 year old child. Generally, Center City Philadelphia has never had luxury hotels on par with other major cities. This Four Seasons comes close, but your should not expect it to be as nice Four Seasons in other locations. The hotel rooms and public facilities are still better than other hotels... more

The service at all Four Seasons is pretty good, but Philadelphia is the best. The staff manage to remember the names of an astonishingly high proportion of the guests. Everything works the way it is supposed to and every request is dealt with most graciously. Would not stay anywhere else in this city more

Got a great last minute deal for a Saturday night stay. Paid $60.00 extra to upgrade to an executive suite at the time of check-in. Kids (10 & 13) got a choice of welcome presents and milk & cookies at bedtime. They were truly spoiled. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a great view of the fountain on... more
