Although we got the hotel at a fair price through Priceline, the service was not the best. In fact, it was actually poor. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and organized, yet staff members were not nice. They weren't rude, but they were cold and serious. One didn't feel too comfortable. The worst part though, is that housekeeping staff... More

I was afraid it wouldn't be in a central location, but it was just fine for my stay. I used a suite upgrade to get a suite which was absolutely massive. kichenette, living area, and bedroom. The view wasn't impressive. Parking was $25 overnight. The lobby is small. It was an easy walk from the hotel to across the river.... More

Stayed here for Step 2 CS exam. Great location near the exam site, wonderful accommodations. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking at the hotel is $25/night. Getting to the city is about a 20-30 minute walk. I called about a hotel rate discount for Step 2 CS takers, but the staff said it no longer exists... one major issue: the wifi... More

I recently stayed here for business. I obtained a reasonable rate on Priceline. The hotel is dingy. The rooms are dark. My room was right off the main hallway and was extremely loud with the ice machine in the hall. The highlight of my stay was finding and killing a cockroach in the room(picture attached.). I expect better from Sheraton.

This Hotel is a complete embarrassment to the SPG family of hotels and I’m still trying to figure out how this hotel even has the Sheraton name attached to it. The service, cleanliness and overall hotel presentation is simply awful. It all start’s when you pull up to the hotel, no signage where to park, nobody at the door, it... More

First of all the elevators are slowwwww. My room door was impossible to open. It stuck so bad you had to be a linebacker to open it.Thank goodness my husband my husband was there to do it for me. The wi-fi is free but is is also slow. I thought the bed was comfortable and the location was not bad.... More

We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the train station. We walked from the station to the hotel and passed several restaurants on the way. The service at the hotel was fantastic from the front desk to the staff at breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The highlight of... More

Great location downtown in University city and I was especially impressed at how nice my standard room was. My room was extremely clean, updated, large, and had a nice view. I would definitely recommend this place to my colleagues.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - it's in a vibrant university focused area, and also walking distance to the 30th street train station. It's also convenient that the hotel has a small parking garage. I found the front desk staff to be courteous and helpful. The club level was also very nice (I've been on club level that... More

The hotel was a lot nicer than we were expecting. I would give it 4 stars compared to some other 3.5 star hotels I've stayed at. When we got to the hotel, the man checking us in told us about a street festival that was going on and gave us some other advice about where we should go in the... More
