My husband and I spent on night at this hotel. The lobby is simple and understated. When we checked in the staff was great with help getting us reservations at IXX Resturant. Our room was on the 16th floor with an awesome view. There were a few cosmetic issues, but overall this hotel was a great experience and I would... More

I stayed at this hotel for a conference and having never been outside of the Philadelphia airport, I had no idea what to expect in terms of the hotel's location. If you are in Philly for a conference, this is really as good as it gets in terms of location. Your Doorman Amalio is the best!!! He went well above... More

I stayed here for a business trip for just 3 nights, and I spent most of that working, so I know I didn't appreciate all the hotel and the area had to offer. I was staying here for a conference, so I wasn't comparing other hotels and prices, so I really can't comment on the value of this hotel (plus... More

A great surprise we got there. An old building with spacious bedrooms and great location near downtown Philadelphia. Just a block from The City Hall, and close to restaurants and subway station. Great value and would deffinitly be back there!

I am some what perplexed by this hotel, its old world with new modern additions. I know there is a place for this hotel and the service that it offers. I have stayed in quite a few Hyatt in the past few months. I have had stays that have made me feel like a king. The staff of this hotel,... More

We were going to the Flower Show and thought we would try the Bellevue. I reserved thru Leisure Escapes offered by Trip Advisor. I reserved a room with a king or 2 double beds. On arrival I was told I could only have a room with a king sized bed, but they would bring in a roll away. When we... More

This hotel is an older hotel so my husband and I were concerned about the rooms yet the hotel is very well maintained. The staff was more than helpful and greeted us as soon as we arrived. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The shower in the bathroom needs some updating yet it worked well. We had the AAA... More

This hotel was awesome. Built in 1905 (or close to that) it had the old Philadelphia charm, but modern day service. If you like the old, classic hotels, this one is it. View was awesome looking out onto Broad St. and City Hall at night. Definitely one of the classiest hotels around, without the Ritz-Carlton prices. Front desk and concierge... More

We stayed here on a Friday night. The room was huge and beautiful The bathroom was gorgeous and immaculate. I am very particular about the toiletries that hotels provide and I usually use my own. This time I was intrigued by the items provided and I wasn't disappointed. The location was very convenient and the desk staff were very friendly... More

Overall a very nice hotel, is it quite a 4 star, not really (but close). Look, it's a bargain on hotwire or PC if you get it. It's worn out a bit: wallpaper peeling, window in room not sealed properly (leaking cold air and letting in street noise) scuffed up and not pristine and 4-star clean.
