This hotel has comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant perfect for a buffet breakfast, and a friendly staff. It is in a great area of Philly, and there is a subway station right out front. There is also a handful of shops in the same building as the hotel. The concierge was also very helpful for finding a tour company (Awfully... More

We spent a weekend visiting Philly and chose this hotel. It is located at the Bellevue with many shops at the ground level. It is located along a major road and is within walking distance to our main interest (the historical district). Our room with double beds was large and had a walkin closet. The decor was very traditional and... More

Stayed at the Hyatt at The Bellevue a few months ago for a weekend with the girlfriend. There truly was nothing bad to say about the hotel. Very clean, very spacious, and had very high ceilings. So certainly no feelings of claustrophobia. My girlfriend needed some bathroom supplies one morning and in minutes the hotel staff brought an entire bag... More

Overpriced. Sheraton and Lowes are much better. The elevator setup is terrbile. The free breakfast was the best part. Overall is not a bad place, just not worth the money. Also the wifi isn't free and the beds are just ok

Really enjoyed our stay here. A nice nostalgic building in the heart of the city. Easy to walk anywhere and we did! We were upgraded to an oversized room which also added to the experience, something i would definately do when you reserve. It's proximity to a mall is a plus, and being right on Broad street allows you quick... More

My family went on an overnight trip to Philadelphia which coincided with the St. Patrick's Day Parade weekend in 2015. It was a zoo outside, and the bar in the bottom of this building was packed - with a line halfway down the block. The amazing thing was that we heard none of it in our room, and we very... More

I love the old world feel of this 1904 hotel. You feel like you could be flapping your way down the grand staircase to one of Gatsby's parties in the Grand ballroom. The hotel is clean, conveniently located walking dist to great shops and food, and has a starbucks, Tiffany's, etc in the lobby. Note floors 2-11 are offices and... More

For my birthday this year a friend and I traveled from Dewey to Philly then NYC. We stayed here one night and it was amazing. As a Hyatt employee I was expecting friendly service. But we got way more than that. Joe was extremely helpful as soon as we came out of the parking garage. We needed a cab and... More

Feb. 26th, 2015. It was a cold night for my body, and Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia offers even colder in my heart. I stayed in this hotel last week. I have been deeply impressed by the facility and service of the hotel, however, some misunderstanding lead to a very uncomfortable experience and here I want to talk about.... More
