Considering all the hotels in the Philly airport area get lousy reviews I guess this one is OK. It was recently renovated to some extent (that is why I booked it) with new carpet, bath, and mattress. But same old furniture and TV. When you see what you can buy a small LCD TV for you would think with a... more

In town for large convention for 4 nights. Location is convenient to airport and an easy trainride to downtown (4 stops and about 20 min to Convention Center). Large open parking lot. Check in was easy. Rooms are nice with reasonably comfy beds, but not the kind I wish I could take home with me. Furniture was very old and... more

Had a 6:30 AM flight so I choose the Hampton to stay. Nice place. Rooms are good. The hotel has an "older" Hampton look on the outside but has been updated on the inside. No flat screens like other Hamptons but still good. Staff is a bit apathetic but as long as they check me in quickly, I don't mind.... more

They are just remodeling the 6th floor (top) and I guess working their way down. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are older and it is in need of updating. The staff was friendly and it helped make the stay okay. I was woken up late morning by the construction noise coming in the room from the vents. It... more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn because they have a park, stay and fly program. The price was terrific as was the room. The breakfast was early enough and good. The room was big, quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. more

First, I MUST point out that parking is NOT included in the price as previously stated. The only reason I booked this hotel was on that premise but when I went to check in I was charged an extra $50 to park for 4 days! Then, when I went up to my room, it smelled badly of body odor, the... more

Certainly NOT up to the Hilton brand standards! And this is obvioulsy due to a very WEAK management staff!! After many opportunites - my business is going elsewhere!! It is a clean property - and has the Hampton ammenities - but the service and attitude isserioulsy lacking! more

Stayed at the hotel for a week on business. The rooms were a good size (king study), clean and provided lots of room for the work we needed to do while there. The staff was efficient and helped us out with everything we needed including local stores, restaurants, addresses and other requests we had. The fact that there's a restaurant... more

While it was still at least clean and had an ok breakfast, this Hampton Inn was a disappointment. We asked for non-smoking yet got a very smokey room. We also reserved a queen, but this queen bed was so small my fiance and I did not fit comfortably at all. When we complained, they would not change our room, or... more
