This hotel is in am excellent location and you sure pay for it! Our room was on the 15th floor and the view was terrific. The room it'self was comfortable, clean and roomy. The bar/restaurant was large and airy. I couldn't really fault this hotel, other than I think it's overpriced, but if you want to be right in the... more

Overall, it is what one can expect from marriott. however, some small things in service made me give it 4 not 5....i dont really want to highlight it as I really think it was exceptional and shouldnt happen in most cases. Some of the other issues are actually due to the problems in Philadelphia (parking for ex.) city rather than... more

The hotel is clean, lovely, and well-maintained, but it was the staff that made our stay fantastic! From the valet parking to the hotel registration to housekeeping, every employee went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again!! more

This hotel had smallish rooms, but the location, friendliness and price made up for that. It wasn't a tight squeeze, but it was small. My husband, two children (9 &8) and I stayed in Philly for two nights. We drove in and had the valet park our car. I think the parking price was over the limit, but we don't... more

Stayed at this hotel during a Monday Night football game I attended. It was very nice and clean...(All Marriotts are) Do not take a taxi anywhere in this city though as they charge an arm and a leg and the taxi drivers cannot drive!@!!! more

The hotel is in a very old (1920s), very lovely building. It has beautiful public spaces. Our room was gorgeous and large. We had a great view of city hall and the city skyline, with large windows on two walls. Staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast was included in our package, and it was delicious. We were wishing that... more

I stayed here for two nights while attending a conference at the Loews Hotel around the corner (which was too expensive to stay at). I had a room on the 7th floor, front of the hotel, overlooking City Hall -- great view! I try to stay in hotels with a little history and character whenever possible, and this hotel did... more

I've stayed multiple times at this Courtyard Marriott and have always been pleased with this choice. Being used to cities - the cost (over $150.00 a night and higher) is the norm, and quite affordable considering all the other chains surrounding which run higher. Location - Location - Location. Right across from multiple subway lines (both from city hall across... more

My husband was traveling on business, so the whole family tagged along. We had a two room suite, and it fit our needs perfectly. Our 8 year old slept on the pull out sofa bed and our toddler slept in her pack & play. Adults were in the bedroom, which had a door for some added privacy. There was a... more

Ok for the not so good news-- the price was $200/night during the week, when there was no major conference in town. Now for the good news -- the hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and accomodating, Philadelphia's downtown is very walkable and despite troubling crime rates...I felt safe walking from my meetings after 10pm nightly. I didn't eat in... more
