Nicely located downtown within a couple of blocks of the SEPTA train. Rooms are large & comfortable. Seamless check in & check out. Nice bathrooms & shower. Excellent internet connection (free). Service very good. All staff helpful. Starbucks in the Lobby. Nice restaurant/bar downstairs.

1) Disgruntled employees at the restaurant, not knowing how to serve a guest.. Horrific!!! 2) People at the front office who don't know how to smile but do a great job at throwing some attitude up in a conversation as if they own the hotel. The location is hard to beat for downtown touring. Walking distance to Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, etc. Tour bus stop is a block away. Septa subway is two blocks away. Stayed recently during horrible travels. Staff tried to boost our spirits with their help and they did. Room was spacious and having a fridge helped. Be prepared for high prices, especially for breakfast, but service was great there as well too. Valet was quick and location was good.

This hotel is located in downtown Philadelphia making it a great place to stay if you want to walk to nearby places (a couple of months or less) like the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, etc. The area is very nice with tons of restaurants and things to do in the area.

Attended an Annual Facility Manager Meeting with 15 guest the room and conference room accommodations were acceptable, staff went overboard to provide excellent service.
