We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We went to the restaurant next door for our evening meal and the staff could not have been more helpful. I am lactose intolerant and sauces made with cream do not agree with me. The staff went out of their way... More

I booked this hotel through a site that I have never heard it before. The details of confirmation and reservation number including phone number made me ignore my suspicion. After a long drive when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the reservations doesn't exist in the hotel system. We were told that the reservation even had hotel's... More

We stayed for 4 nights and from the first moment to our last this was a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and always helpful. Everyone smiled and said hello. The room was fresh, cozy and clean. The onsite restaurant, Rafters was very convenient, serving great food and hosting a very fun happy our daily! A short free trolley ride... More

Attractive hotel with lots of potential , but we definitely had the impression that now in the non - ski season, this hotel is run on seriously reduced staffing levels both in tems of quality and numbers. A number of nit-picky things combined to spoil the overall experience for us . Firstly, as we checked in the receptionist broke off... More

Only stayed one night in the summer - this is obviously a ski centre and so may be different in the winter. Room was good. Enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. Complimentary drinks and pool table were a nice feature.

My wife and I stayed one night. The hotel rooms and spacious, free wifi and somewhat clean. I found the bathroom to be very outdated and needed some major work to bring it up to caravan park standards. Our major issue with the accommodation was the noise. Our room was on the ground floor. The walls and floors are very... More

We apologize that the room you chose to stay in did not meet your expectations. In the last year, we have made major upgrades to many of the rooms on our property, including adding additional sound-proofing insulation... More

We arrived mid-afternoon and weren't impressed from the outside. Once inside it was lodge like....after all it is a ski lodge. Got a first floor room that didn't smell nice and from the only window looked over to an apartment building across the parking lot. Immediately went to the front desk when Sammy helped us. She was great. She upgraded... More

Based on the "wonderful' reviews from other Tripadvisor contributors we are perplexed and a little dismayed. As my traveling partner put it, "I am so sorry, this was my choice, how could I be so wrong!" Ok I'll keep this short and sweet. At check-in the gal immediately ahead of us, who did not have a reservation, specifically asked "...for... More

The room was very nice, very modern and newly remodeled. You pay $25 for a resort fee, this is NOT a resort. The only thing included was the miniature golf course in the parking lot. The lady didn't mention anything about what was included in the resort fee. The wifi was a joke. It worked for about an hour during... More

Very friendly staff! Ask for the newer remodeled rooms! Would stay here again! Restaurants next to hotel are owned by same company. The Red Lantern Chinese restaurant was a good choice. The Greek seafood place upstairs looked like a great bar...
