Check in experience not good. Lady a little rude in her manner and abrupt when i asked a question just as she was finishing talking. I felt uncomfortable and chastised. Room basic but satisfactory and clean. Did not get room paid for which was to include a fridge and microwave as none available. Side of bed damaged and I scratched... More

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel definitely no frills, but clean and comfortable. Quiet and conveniently centered in town. Just coffee offered for breakfast but the price was right. We would stay there again.

A basic room, kind of cramped for 2 adults and 2 small kids. But, room was clean, updated, nice flatscreen TV. Easy parking, comfortable beds. Would I stay here again - yes! It's much cheaper than other hotels in the area. I didn't pay extra for WIFI. Who needs it when you have a cell phone. If you're not looking... More

Big tub, plenty of hot water, shower...great! Towels kinda cheesy, but plenty of them. Comfortable beds, quiet, big TV, shops and restaurants nearby, plenty of parking. The desk got me a first floor room and recommended an easy way for me to transfer a carload of gear to the room with ease. Bakery across the street for morning carbs and... More

Stopped by Mammoth Lakes on a road trip and this Motel 6 had us in a decent room. Our welcomer was really nice, warned us about leaving food in the car (welcomed as we don't know Hertz's policy on bear damage!) and gave a magazine listing all local dinner options which was really helpful. The room was fine, towels were... More

I swore I'd never stay at a "6" again, but this one blew me away. Totally updated, clean and comfortable for a one night passing through stay. Still no shampoo or lotion, small room, but overall for the price, more than I expected. Is stay here again by myself but too small for a family. Even the front desk was... More

We booked Motel 6 because it was "cheap" compared to other places in the area, but the $90 charge for one double room for one night was way too high for what we got there. First, you may miss the entire giant facility because the signage is difficult to see from the road as you drive on Main Street. The... More

Yes, they even left the light on! For a no frills motel this is a (relatively) good deal, considerably cheaper than other hotels in the area. No extras, bed only so so, but quick check in, quiet, safe, well lit, everything it needed to be And nothing more

The room and Motel as a whole are very nice to the naked Eye .Sleeping there is a whole different story Try to stay upstairs as you can hear every little thing that happens above you As the rooms have no Carpet!! which completely amplifies everything. a rolling suitcase sounds like a Airplane landing at LAX and we thought that... Stayed for a few days after Christmas at around $160 a night. That was cheap considering the other hotels. It is way too pricey for what you get. You could hear every step that the guests above us were taking. It kept me up every night. There is a shuttle that picks you up near the hotel that can take... More
