Mammoth is a great place to visit for so many things. Whilst you are there the Swiss Chalet is the perfect place to stay. Kind and accommodating hosts in a beautiful home. Great breakfast, very comfortable rooms and well appointed bathroom. We were staying for two nights and quickly doubled it to four. Visit the mountain lakes, hike in the... More

This was our first trip (it won't be the last) to Mammoth Lakes, and we picked a wonderful place to stay - the Swiss Chalet B&B. The home is tucked away in a quiet, nicely wooded area. It looks great and just invites you to relax. Dave and Sharon are great hosts and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

This was our first time at a B&B. We stayed for 3 nights at this fabulous inn. Dave and Sharon are the best hosts. They are so knowledgeable in everything in Mammoth plus the very nicest couple ever! The location was the best as it was close to everything, from hiking, biking and sightseeing. If you want to be spoiled,... More

En route from Death Valley, through the Sierras, to Yosemite, we stayed two wonderful nights at Swiss Chalet. Our hosts, Sharon and Dave, create a very special experience with the chalet, its furnishings, exceptional breakfasts, and warm conversation. This was our first visit to Mammoth (terrific restaurants and shops) and nearby Lake Mono, which was fascinating. We highly recommend Swiss... More

En route from Las Vegas/Death Valley through the Sierras, my husband and I booked one night at the splendid Swiss Chalet B&B. We wanted to take in the beautiful vistas along 395, Mammoth Lake and the petrified springs at Mono Lake. Encouraged by Trip Advisor reviews, we were delighted to find this B&B TREASURE!! As noted in other reviews, this... More

We really loved staying at the Swiss Chalet during our two days in Mammoth. Dave and Sharon do make you feel welcome, like you're staying with friends. The bed is warm and cozy, the view of the mountains and the stars from the jacuzzi is beautiful and the breakfast is home-made and delicious. It felt more like a special experience... More

We had a truly wonderful stay with Dave and Sharon and only wish it could have been for more than one night. Dave was very helpful and gave us lots of advice regarding local sights and places to visit. He also recommended a great local restaurant. When we returned late afternoon from exploring we spent an hour sipping wine in... More

Dave & Sharon made us feel very welcome in their lovely home. Very spacious and super sized bathroom and bedroom, we were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun on the balcony when we arrived, a real tonic. Dave was very helpful in advising us on the sights to see and of the best restaurants. He cooked lovely breakfasts... Dave and Sharon welcome you into their beautiful home for a wonderful stay in the mountains. My honey and I stayed for five nights in late May and couldn't have been happier. We love to hike around Mammoth in the summertime and have previously stayed in condos. Here, we had nice breakfasts, met nice people, had wonderful accomodations, got terrific... More
