Stayed here after spending a week camping up the road. 1-br suite is good for parents and 2 kids (who get sleeper sofa). Room was clean. Full kitchen. Windows are cool -- you can swing open, or tilt. Basic DirecTV. We had view of courtyard; on Level 2. Pines, Mammoth Rock in background. Pool is nice, albeit a little small... More

I was here in the summer (July) and the place was busy but not over-run. The studio apartment I stayed in was well thought out with plenty of space inside, nice views, lots of natural light and a cosy balcony. The building itself isn't that solid. There was a family of elephants lodging in the room above and I could... More

All of the staff during our stay was friendly, polite and helpful. It's so refreshing to stay at a hotel that appears to value customer service. In particular, Kaitlyn Mulrico went above and beyond to help us solve a problem. We had already checked out and were driving home when we realized we had left a personal item behind. This... More

Booked through the hotel hotline and offered slightly cheaper rate than from many online traveling sites. We arrived almost midnight, but the front desk staff was still very welcoming and friendly. Our 2 bedrooms unit was cozy, but felt small and compact. Some of the furniture needs to be upgraded. But thankfully the bed and the bathrooms were sparkling clean.

Check in was quick and easy, the employee friendly and helpful and even made a reservation for us in a restaurant he suggested, which turned out to be excellent. The room was clean, spacious and quiet (the fridge made quite a lot of noise). The bed was large and very comfortable but the sofa which turned into a double bed... More

I love this hotel. It's so clean and update. I won the hotel through Priceline Express Deal for $100 a night on a summer Monday night. However, resort fee and hotel tax add another $43. It's still a steal! I have one bedroom unit and it's very big/roomy. Kitchen is fully stock. We are on first floor. Window is tricky... More

Friends and I stayed at Juniper Springs for Fourth of July weekend and were thrilled with the accommodations and amenities. We loved our suite (room 218)--two separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a full, modern kitchen. It was large and clean and tastefully furnished, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was all wonderfully comfortable,... More

I came to Juniper Springs with an inflamed jaw as a result of a throbbing toothache. On check in I was informed about all the medical services available to me out of genuine concern from the staff at the front desk. They then spent a half hour ringing various practices in the area the following morning. Due to their concern... More

We spent two nights here and were disappointed with this hotel, especially after having to pay a resort fee on our way out. When we got there, it was dead, we maybe saw 3 people. But they still put us up in room 447 which is wayyyyy out, 4th floor, on the side were the ski lift is, so our... More

Tonight is the first of 3 nights we have booked at Juniper Springs. You can have things go really well with Priceline, or really wrong. We booked multiple stays on our super long road trip west with our kids, & I would advise against using Priceline...it's proven too risky. For Juniper Springs specifically...there's a $20 per day resort fee on... More
