Spent two nights at Cinnamon Bear June 3 and 4. Friendly, helpful staff and convenient location. Disappointed as according to other ratings on Trip Advisor this sounded like a great place. This is not a typical B& B. More like a motel. The place is somewhat weathered and needs cosmetic work inside and out. At first appearance the room looked inviting... More

Two words: hot tub :) This was a lovely, friendly inn with well sized rooms, good helpful service and breakfast far surpassing expectations with cooked items in addition to the standard cereal & pastry options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was greatly enhanced by that hot tub!

We went to Mammoth Lakes on Memorial Day Weekend, but I can imagine how beautiful it can be during the winter skiing season. We had a small suite, which was cozy and kept us warm with an old fashioned-looking furnace heater. If we didn't have a fireplace back home, I would want to get that furnace. The bed was extremely... Friendly staff, a plentiful cooked breakfast, and convenient location. However, unfortunately we didn't sleep well as the gas fire in the corner of the room made the air very dry and uncomfortable, and we were unable to turn it off. Asthmatics beware - plus should bear in mind that the high elevation can make you feel a little short of... More

The people who run the hotel are very nice, Morning breakfast includes a different hot item they make for guests. Room heats up one cold nights. Close to restaurants, nature, There are quite a number of Europeans, Walls are a bit thin though.

Truly a hidden gem! Looks run down on the outside, but the rooms are incredible on the inside. High four-poster bed, a gas burning fireplace, really romantic/cozy. Ski/board locker outside the room so you don't have to drag them inside (we stored our Mammoth beer there to stay cold!). Amazing made to order breakfasts every morning (strawberry cream cheese stuffed... More

My husband and I stayed at this lovely resort just last week and were quite delighted with the accommodations and the delicious breakfast. The couple who manage the inn are charming and helpful, and the rate was terrific. We will be back next year!

Recently stayed here for the weekend. Great, cute room that had the woods behind it, room #14. They give appetizers & drinks each evening. Cook a nice breakfast each day. Hot tub is perfect after the day spent on the mountain. The owners are great & helpful.
