We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend for two nights. Pros: Mike! The owners are lucky to have him. He helped us with local info (distance to Mono Lake, local hot springs, Bodie Ghost Town, Angels - a GREAT place to eat, etc.). The inn waiting area / eating area is charming - German ski lodge decor. Our... more

Just returned from Cinnamon Bear B & B and we enjoyed it SO much we stayed a few extra days. Mike is a great host and cook and helped answer questions about fishing, food and the area. After many previous trips to mammoth we only wish we had stayed earlier at this charming Inn. We will stay here in the... more

The Cinnamon Bear was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were clean, quaint, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The owners serve wine and cheese for free every evening. The inn's jacuzzi was great after a long day of skiing. Free Internet... no problems. more

While looking for accommodation in Mammoth over the President's Day long wknd, I was incapable of finding anything under $200 until I found the Cinnamon Bear. For $180/night (holiday rate) you get a fairly large room with a private bathroom. The room comes with a small fireplace, t.v and dvd player and is surprisinlgy modern and nice ( seems lots... more

if your looking for a 4 star hotel and 5 course meal this is not your place. if your looking for good, down to earth people this is your spot. Gabbi and Mike at the Cin Bear will make you feel like you are spending the night at a friend's house. I wouldnt call the rooms luxurious, but they are... more

I booked the Cinnamon Bear Inn based off of the comments on Trip Advisor. From the beginning Gabby was very helpful getting us into the right rooms as the numbers in our party changed a few times from when we booked to when we arrived. We arrived late evening on Friday night, it was welcoming to see coffee and nibbles... more

For the past three years we have travelled extensively in Nevada and California and we can both say honestly that this hotel is a little cracker. Having stayed in some of the huge and impersonal concrete edifice in the cities it was a real joy to find a clean well-appointed and homely place to stay and unwind. Good food too!... more

While shopping in a nearby store, my husband and I mentioned that we were looking for accomodations. Cinamon Bear Inn was recommended. Our room was attractively decorated with designer touches, a full breakfast was included and cooked to order each morning, and wine and cheese were served each evening as we introduced ourselves to other guests around the fireplace. The... more

Stayed here for one night on the way from Lake Tahoe to Las Vegas. Found it difficult to find as it's tucked away off the main road behind other buildings. Have to admit we felt a bit apprehensive on arrival as the inn looked a bit old and shabby from the outside and looked more like a motel which wasn't... more

The Cinnamon Bear is a great place, but don't go through expedia, they will charge you nearly double the going rate. Call and talk to Russ - he's the owner! more
