We stayed for one night on short notice because they had a "cheap" rate and we wanted to visit our nephew who lives in Mammoth Lakes. I should have known better after reading all the reviews. We checked in Saturday, October 17, 2009, and the man behind the counter who claimed to be the owner, was extremely nice and very... more

We are travelers, have stayed in hotels all over the world and are not fussy. That said, we do appreciate when the hotel staff and management goes out of their way to accommodate us. We received a snow alert by email and packed our snowboarding equipment in a matter of hours. On our way out of the door we booked... more

I don't know why everyone is moaning so hard about this place. Yes, it's not what your used to for Travelodge. Yes, it could do with a refurb and repaint. No, it is not dirty - our room and bathroom were both spotless (although worn as noted - this does not equal dirty!!). It's located near all the restaurants and... more

We stayed here for one night on the way through to Yosemite national park. So pleased it was only one night! - this hotel is disgusting, if you can avoid it please do, I will start with the door - one push and this would have opened, open the door and you are greated with the most dreadful smell (... more

Simply the worst hotel or even motel I have ever stayed at in any state or any country hands down. I initially made the mistake of staying there in March of '08 for a snowboarding trip and was astonished by how rude the staff was, how poorly kept the entire place was and, more importantly, how bad the rooms were.... more

This Travelodge was the worst accommodation we experienced in our 3 week road trip in California - and was by no means the cheapest. There was mould around the bath, peeling paint, ripped blankets on the bed and tacky carpeting in the corridor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't know if this is common in the... more

Stayed here for President's day weekend with the family for some snowboarding and stayed at this TravelLodge because it was one of the cheapest rooms I found online ($126 per room). I booked 2 rooms. Underground parking garage had a huge incline to get in and out of, but it was worth it because it kept the SUV out of... more

Extremely clean rooms, great breakfast, very large spa and they have a Sauna!!!! Staff was extremely nice. This is where I would stay again if I went back. They also have A/C units which most of the motels in the area dont. Room even had a fridge and microwave. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone going to this area. more
