Good value close to everything! I was with my grandchildren in the early summer comfortable beds. They enjoyed the pool and a place to rest. Summer is a great time to ride the bus to Reds Meadow Rainbow Falls and Frosty's Minature Golf!

Staff is friendly but the property is pretty run down. Found many items that were barely in working order. Nevertheless it's location and price make it a good value for the purpose.

Our group of friends went there. Indian lady she gave roll-away bed, pillows, blankets, helped us a lot. She gave good customer service. I can't complaint any thing about our stay. Definitely we will again come back here.

We had car problems on our way up to Mammoth, called to cancel for the night around 7pm. Woken by a 10:30 pm phone call. The manager called to yell at us about cancelling. Made it to the hotel the next eve. check-in went fine. Hotel is old; room/halls were dingy and stinky. Woke next day to a shower that... More

Only the main areas appeared clean. in every corner and behind any furniture are years and years of dirt, toenails, and disgusting build up. This hotel relies on it's cliental being too young to notice or care. Also the heat lamps/bulbs in the bathrooms have been replaced with ordinary lamps so the bathrooms are freezing so they can save a... More

This place is old and dilapidated. The carpet had stains. It appears the owners buy food for the breakfast buffet from the bargain bin. The fruit was rotten, an the afternoon, the cookies (they had out) were stale. This place should be raised and build a new motel in its place.
