The deck that holding the jacuzzi needs more support railing android Window panels wobble. Jacuzzi was over chemicals and sides and bottom were dirty, chemicals left out unlocked. Main point, they advertising another hotel pool that is not their property to trick people into booking with them. They have NO POOL. No airconditioning in rooms. Very different hotel would not... Dear L Faulds, I apologize for any confusion, however we do offer swimming pools at over six locations that we manage units at. In fact the original reservation that you booked did offer a pool. Unfortunately you cancelled that reservation claiming you booked the wrong dates. We waived all penalties and fees, especially since you cancelled after arrival date and... More

Stayed here during the summer (3 nights) and initially I booked this thinking "wrongly" would be handy for Yosemite. However after driving to Yosemite (120 mls) I was really glad that I was a long way from all of that congestion. Anyway back to the hotel, staff friendly bar and restaurant a bit pricy (including happy hour) no lifts in... More

We stayed here during the summer for our visit to Yosemite. Unfortunately it is so far from yosemite, we spent a lot of time driving, but the condo we stayed in was decent. It is your run of the mill, ski resort, time share condo. It was nice to have a fireplace, kitchen, separate bedroom and a lot of space... More

I've stayed here twice, and although my experiences were not bad, there are some quirks about the hotel that you should be aware of before booking. Pros: - Super close to Canyon lifts (walking distance) - free breakfast - Bar and restaurant inside the hotel - Lockers for skis and snowboards - Nice rooms with mini-fridge Cons: - There are... We had a really bad experience, since the moment we walked in,front desk ppl, not helpful at all, they tried to charged me 170 for a room, when I could have one for $150 bucks, on hotels.com, walls to thin, you could hear everything, from lobby, turned on ceiling fan, it made all kinds of noises, not pleasant, we left next... this is a good value, in a great location. steps to the greatest skiing, canyon lodge, and a hearty Austrian, German restaurant, with a rock in', lively happy hour serving excellent bar snacks-- get the wings, pizza, hot dishes. condos nearby like mammoth west and chamonix are a great value.

I probably wrecked the grammar on the title, but we absolutely love the rooms, the bar, and restaurant at the "Hof." It's our first choice when we ski Mammoth, becasue we can walk to the lift and ski almost all the way back, and we always feel welcome and treated very well. We have always had an enjoyable time, fine... More

My husband and I spent the night here on our way to Lake Tahoe. We were very disappointed in this lodge. To many steps to get into the lodge and we were told once we got there that they CLOSED the restaurant for remodeling and we had to find another place to have dinner in town. We made our reservations... More

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a road trip around CA. We stayed here for access to Yosemite, unfortunately the fire prevented us from seeing much. The hotel was ok. Lots of steps, including up to reception to check in which is not ideal when dragging a heavy suitcase. My room was on what I would call the... More

Came into town for a mancation golf trip this past weekend and decided to stay at the Austria Hof. A nice small hotel located steps from Canyon lodge. Speaking of steps, this hotel has a lot of them. Our room was located on the second floor, just off the shared balcony. The balcony offered great views of Lincoln mountain and... More
