We were badly let down by this hotel, the only poor accommodation we experienced during a 4 week roadtrip of three states. Check in staff were cold and abrupt, more interested in talking to each other whilst we were checking in rather than tend to our queries or even look at us. Our request made 2 months prior (with full... more

1. They should take the money they spend on fancy soap and use it to buy some medium quality toilet paper. (Should have brought my own?) 2. When I check in for three nights please don't code my keycard for one night. It's very annoying to get to your room (or the outside door in out case) when arms loaded... more

This hotel is very nice, clean and beautiful. The pool is very crisp and inviting as well as the hot tub. The rooms are very nice and comfortable as well. The restaurant/bar is okay for food, but I would suggest traveling about town for a better place to eat. Some of the people at the front desk gave conflicting information,... more

Great place to stay. Breakfast included. Good location. This area is primarily a ski destination, but there is alot to do year-round. Yosemite, Devils postplie and the scenic Minerette Mtns. are just the beginning. more

I have traveled to this hotel for over a year before it was a Best Western and as a Best Western--I DO NOT smoke and they charged me an extra nights stay for removing smoke. Bathrooms are musty smelling and my socks were filthy after staying in the room. more

We were there over labor day weekend. Packed house, but they called to confirm our reservation and did not sell the room out from under us. So plus 1 there, unlike some marquis hotels that will 'walk you.' This place used to be a Holiday Inn and seems to have maintained its value in the brand change. The breakfast is... more

We just returned from our three night stay at the Best Western High Sierra over the Labor Day weekend. We were looking for a clean spacious accomodation with a mini kitchenette. The hotel more than met our requirements. It offered a nice spacious room. a comfortable bed , a separate living area ,a jetted tub and a two stove kitchenette.... more
