We needed a place to stay overnight in Mammoth Lakes on our way from Las Vegas to Yosemite. I chose this hotel based on other positive reviews. We were not disappointed! Pros: 1. It's convenient to the highway and relatively easy to find. 2. The whole place is clean and the rooms are quiet. 3. There are many little "touches"... More

Nice BW just off the main drag in Mammoth Lakes. Much cleaner than I expected for a ski area hotel, which I normally associate with floors and walls damaged by careless skiers and mud tracked in from the snow. Yes, it was only October, but I expected the wear and tear anyway and was surprised to see how fresh the... More

We stopped here for 3 nights to explore the area before moving on to Yosemite. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation but the view from our room, at the back of the hotel, was awful - it faced a large container! Everything you needed was provided; this included a fridge and a well stocked bathroom. Front desk was very welcoming and... More

Great staff and breakfast! After check out, a staff still helped us. She is very kind. My kids enjoyed swimming and I could enjoyed spa very next the pool. The guests who did spa with me were kind too.

Drove to Mammoth Lakes to see some fall foliage and stayed at this hotel. Comfortable room, great shower, relaxing hot tub, delicious breakfast and friendly, helpful kitchen staff. Would definitely stay again. It is a little hard to find - city ordinance requires no big signs so you have to know it is right next to the Chevron station on... More

We stayed here after visiting Yosemite. The hotel rate was a bit pricier than most other ones we stayed in while traveling cross country, but not out of line as this area is a tourist destination and has higher than normal rates. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a good stay and would stop there... More

The overall experience was good! We didn't care for the cuisine in the restaurant, but everything else was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The bedding was scratchy and all pilled - cringe worthy! You are in beautiful Mammoth Lakes and your view is a decrepit, abandoned building 10 ft. from your window. Oh and there are no window screens.

Dear Napamonster, It is disappointing that you rated us so low based on the bedding and the view and didn't consider all the other amenities such as the complimentary hot buffet breakfast and air conditioning that you won't find any other hotels in town. I went and inspected the room that you stayed in and the only thing that I... More

I made a reservation at this location a month ago. The response from Laura was "Oh, that's a month away" She was very unorganized and seemed extremely flustered. When I got the email confirmation the dates were wrong. I call her back to notify her of the dates and she got very frustrated. I could hear phones ringing and her... More

Hello Wendy, Seeing the anger that you've expressed in your words here as well as your aggressive frustration when you first came into the hotel asking why Laura couldn't keep you in the king room, I can understand why my agents would be gun shy to be the overly personable personalities that you were expecting. This does not make them... More
